Continuity mistake: David calls Connie at the White House and she walks toward the divided pane windows, then pulls one curtain to the side. In the exterior shot facing her, the pane's white grille is between the two sides of the curtain, but in the next interior shot looking out, there's only clear glass, though we should see the grille, just as we see both sides of the curtain with her hand holding the right side. Then, in the next exterior shot facing her, it's back to the original with the visible white grille. (00:38:25)

Continuity mistake: The mayor is giving a speech as Godzilla arrives in NY. There are five microphones in front of him. They move between shots, most noticeably the blue and yellow ones in the middle. (00:26:30)

Visible crew/equipment: As Doyle, Angel and Cordelia back away in Angel's car from Russell's mansion, in the top right corner of the frame you can see a crew member's legs and a tripod.

Continuity mistake: When Jane speaks to the owners of the restaurant, the female owner is writing something and also has a drink. She takes the drink with the pen in the same hand. When the shots changes, the pen is no longer in her hand. The shot goes back to the original position and the pen appears again. (00:09:35)

Continuity mistake: When Alice is kissing Sam on the bed there is a fan in the window beside the Bad Boys poster. It is there when she grabs him with her 'tongue'. When Mikaela returns and throws the metal box, it just breaks glass in that window frame, and we see the fan is suddenly sitting on the bed leaning against the Bad Boys poster, to the left of the window. Continuity mistake: There is a scene in which it is raining quite heavily and Em and Richard are inside the hutch. Richard is playing Pop Goes The Weasel over and over which annoys Em. She stabs him in the foot and he chases her outside. In this scene she is wearing a strapless dress but when he catches her and pins her down on the sand she is wearing a lacey jacket (she didn't have time to change) and there are no clouds or rain. The sand doesn't seem to be very wet either, despite the fact that it was raining heavily a few minutes ago. (00:41:10)

Continuity mistake: When Sam is on the cell with Mikaela, telling her about the long distance relationship kit, he reaches for the webcam with his right hand outstretched while holding the cell with his left, but in the close-up it's his left hand picking it up, while holding the cell with his right hand. (00:11:20)

Continuity mistake: Booth and Brennan arrive at the crime scene in the beginning of the show. After she has confirmed that the bones in the trunk belonged to a woman, a black car drives by and shots are fired. At first, the trunk of the car is less than halfway opened. Cut to the next shot and the trunk is fully opened. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: At the end, Lisbon gives Christine's father a card and tells him to get help for his alcoholism. The way she holds the card differs between shots.

Continuity mistake: Before heading into the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, when Simmons pulls the taser out of his bag and turns it on he holds it in his right hand, but in Leo's close-up as he starts to freak out, the taser's in Simmons's left hand, then it's back in Simmons's right hand, between shots.
