No Hard Feelings (2023)

Trivia: Jennifer Lawrence has stated that everyone in her professional and personal life kept asking her over and over if she really wanted to do the scripted nude fight scene, which she could have vetoed as a producer. However, she thought the idea of getting angry and beating up a bunch of drunk teenagers after skinny-dipping was absolutely hilarious, and had to keep reassuring everyone that she had no problems with it.

No Hard Feelings (2023)

Trivia: When the film was released, a big deal was made about the fact there's a 10+ year age gap between stars Jennifer Lawrence and Andrew Barth Feldman, with many expressing that they felt it was inappropriate that Lawrence was older. However, the cast and crew pointed out this as being immensely hypocritical, as Bradley Cooper is 15 years older than Lawrence and played her love-interest in "Silver Linings Playbook," which nobody complained about despite her only being only 22 at the time.

Saw X (2023)

Trivia: Just something amusing to pay attention to... during the "Eye Trap," Jigsaw gives the subject a 60-second time limit. But if you actually time the scene, the trap goes off only about 55 seconds after it starts. This is actually quite ironic because in the other movies, a common error is that the trap scenes last way longer than the time limits Jigsaw gives, whereas this one is actually slightly shorter. (Probably not a mistake, however, since it's a "vision" and not real.)

Saw X (2023)

Continuity mistake: SPOILERS: In the post-credits scene, after Henry's trap starts, in the second-to-last shot, you see him sort of start to shake and rear his head back. But then in the next shot, he's no longer shaking. Additionally, his head is down again and he rears it back a second time.

Trivia: There's a very fun, subtle "blink and you'll miss it" detail in the climax. When Ginny finds the head of Mrs. Voorhees in the shack, in the first shot, you can actually briefly see the decomposing (almost mummified) body of Alice, the only survivor of the original film, on the floor. What gives it away? The ice-pick Jason stabbed her with at the beginning of this movie is still sticking out of her forehead.

16 Blocks (2006)

Trivia: The final film directed by the legendary Richard Donner. While Donner had planned to direct several films after, none of them came together before he passed away in 2021 at the age of 91.

Demolition Man (1993)

Trivia: The infamous "three seashells" came about because co-writer Daniel Waters was trying to come up with something futuristic for the bathroom. He called a friend who looked around and described everything that was in his bathroom, which happened to include some seashells that were sitting in a basket of potpourri. The seashells inspired Waters, who thought toilet paper being replaced with mysterious technology that looked like seashells was hilarious... and the "three seashells" were born.

The Fanatic (2019)

Trivia: The scene where Devon Sawa talks about Limp Bizkit was not scripted. He was doing some improv and did a whole bit about how much he likes the band as a joke and a nod to director Fred Durst, who is the lead singer of the band. Sawa and Durst didn't intend for the take to be used in the finished film. However, when it was picked up for distribution, the studio had the film slightly recut and decided to use the take, slightly embarrassing the two.

Saw X (2023)

Trivia: The writers were reportedly began working on this film not too long after the release of "Jigsaw" in 2017. However, Chris Rock's project "Spiral: From the Book of Saw" became a priority, and this project was placed on hold. When that film failed to live up to previous entries at the box office, the producers allowed the writers to bring this project back and try to course-correct the series.

Saw X (2023)

Trivia: Minor spoilers: The first movie in the series in which the film continues after the classic theme "Hello Zepp" plays. In every other movie, the song signals the ending of the film, and the song concludes with a cut to black. Whereas, in this movie, there's an additional scene before the credits start.

Saw X (2023)

Trivia: Stay tuned after the credits start. Midway through, there is a bonus scene showing a loose end from earlier in the film being tied up, in addition to a cameo from a legacy character. This scene also makes "Saw X" the first theatrical "Saw" film to feature a credits scene. (While the unrated cut of "Saw VI" had a credits scene, it was only on DVD and Blu-Ray and never shown in theaters.)

Saw X (2023)

Trivia: To honor this being the tenth film in the franchise, Lionsgate allowed the production to use the old "turning gears" logo that was used in the original seven films, before it was phased out for their newer, more modern logo that was seen in "Jigsaw" and "Spiral: From the Book of Saw."

Super Mario Bros. (1993)

Continuity mistake: When Koopa is chewing out Iggy and Spike for forgetting about the rock, the amount of wax on his hands changes multiple times between cuts. For instance, the wax covering his left hand disappears in one wide shot, but is present in every other shot. Additionally, the amount of wax on his right hand changes in amount several times.

Super Mario Bros. (1993)

Continuity mistake: When Koopa tells Daisy that women "never forget the first time they get kissed by a lizard," his face starts to morph. It then cuts to the opposite angle, and suddenly, between cuts, his hand has appeared up by his face.

Super Mario Bros. (1993)

Revealing mistake: During the car chase, when Mario and Luigi have the cops on either side shooting the guns, Mario screams "Brace yourself, now!" When he says this, you can quickly see Mario and Luigi have been replaced by stunt drivers. Also, Mario's mouth isn't moving. It happens quickly, so slow motion helps, but isn't required.

Super Mario Bros. (1993)

Audio problem: When Mario and Luigi are escaping the police station, after they see the Bob-omb, Mario says, "Goombas! C'mon! Let's go!" and Luigi says, "Look, it was trying to give us that thing!" Their mouth movements don't quite match what they're saying. (Granted, they're facing away from camera for most of the shot, but when their mouths are on camera, you can tell they're not saying that.)
