Curse of Chucky (2013)

Factual error: When Ian is checking his laptop and Nica is bound and gagged behind him, you can see her moving her feet a bit, even though she's supposed to be paralyzed.

Curse of Chucky (2013)

Factual error: When Nica is pulling herself up the stairs while Barb is in the attic, at one point she calls for Alice. Right after this, you can see her subtly bend her right knee. She's supposed to be paralyzed, so this shouldn't happen. The next time it comes back to her, you can also subtly see her moving her feet and toes a little bit.

Seed of Chucky (2004)

Factual error: When Glen kills the mother in the dream sequence, you can pretty see the mother's pulse in her neck still, even though she's supposed to be dead.

God's Not Dead 2 (2016)

Factual error: The main plot is that a teacher answering a student's question about Jesus in a historical context starts a legal firestorm. This is utterly preposterous. Teachers (and students for that matter) are 100% allowed to discuss religion in a historical context. They just can't do things like force other people to take part in religious activities (like prayer) or "endorse" a single religion above all others since public schools need to remain neutral. There'd be literally no case against her.

Factual error: There is absolutely no way the university would have the authority to have the church torn down by a demo team when Dave and Pearce find them doing just that. Nowhere near enough time has passed for eminent domain laws to have been enacted. It often takes a year or more just for these things to go to trial, and there's a good chance the university would lose the case anyways.

I Robot, You Jane - S1-E8

Factual error: When Willow is chatting with "Malcolm," she says she has to sign off the chat program after she gets nervous. However, all she does to "sign off" of the chat program is turn off the computer monitor. This would do literally nothing. The program would still be running if you turned the monitor back on. Yet the episode treats it like she's just turned the entire computer off by turning off the monitor.

Lethal Weapon 4 (1998)

Factual error: Riggs is shown using a laser-sight on his handgun throughout the entire movie. However, almost every single time he turns it on, the entire "beam" of the laser is visible, which doesn't happen in real life unless there is smoke/vapor/debris in the air. Obviously done for the sake of the audience seeing where the laser is pointed, but still a mistake.

Bums: Making a Mess All Over the City - S3-E14

Factual error: Charlie drops the moltov cocktail into the police car in the end, light enough so that it doesn't break, but the car explodes about ten seconds later, as Charlie explains he had soaked the entire inside with gasoline. However, there realistically wouldn't be such a long pause as shown in the show for the gasoline fumes to ignite. Also, the explosion is much more powerful than it realistically would have been, revealing pyrotechnics were used. Obviously done for comedic value, but still a mistake.
