Question: What exactly was Clu's vision of "the perfect system"?
Answer: Going by Clu's behavior and personality in the film, Clu's idea of a perfect system was likely a system where every component worked as intended and as expected. One where every action by programs could be consistently predicted. The Isometric Algorithms very existence went against everything that he believed was "perfect", in that by their nature their actions could not be predicted. Users also seem to exist in contrast to Clu's beliefs as their human emotions cause them to act irrationally and erratically.

Question: How did Joker rig the hospital and the ferries with explosives? And how did no one notice them in either situation?
Answer: We aren't shown exactly how the Joker pulls off any of his stunts, it's part of the mystery of his character. In order to pull off the two that you mentioned, the Joker would need meticulous planning and impeccable timing. It seems impossible to pull off either crime without anyone noticing but that's kind of the point. The Joker is apparently prepared for any contingency.

Question: Why does Edison become Krall? In other words: why does his appearance change? If the tech that keeps him alive changes him, how can he change (most of the way) back? Finally, if he could change back/remain human this whole time, why would he look like he did?
Answer: The energy transference technology Krall used to drain the life of others caused him to gradually begin to look like the species he was draining. After the attack on the Enterprise he drained several human officers and began to look like his former self.

Question: Did the part where allied command cuts off Patton's supplies really happen?
Answer: Yes, it did. In short, Allied command favored a more spread out approach to the offensive rather than the "single thrust" approach Patton favored. It was deemed that Montgomery's Twenty First Army Group had a higher priority to Patton's Third Army.
Plus, Patton was advancing so fast he was outrunning his fuel, and supply lines.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
Question: At the very end of the film, Tony Stark informs Peter Parker that he is a now a member of the Avengers and reveals his new Spidey suit. Peter moves toward the camera, with Tony Stark plainly visible on the right side of the screen and Happy Hogan far in the background (all three are in this shot), as we hear a male voice in the foreground enthusiastically say, "Yeah! Give that a look!" Except that Tony Stark didn't say it, Peter Parker didn't say it, and Happy Hogan was much too far away to have said it. The dubbed voice obviously does not belong to Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr or Jon Favreau at all. So who said it?
Answer: Go back and watch the scene again. It looks like you just might be remembering it wrong. It's Tony during the tracking shot. He says "Yeah, give that a look!" in reference to the suit. He's actually not quite on camera when he says the line, hence you don't see him say it. But it's definitely Tony.
I re-watched the shot several times, Tony Stark does not visibly say anything, and the dubbed voice is not that of Robert Downey Jr.
I understand what you are saying. Tony isn't on screen during the line and the voice does sound different. The implication is that Tony is saying the line, without the line Tony is just standing there waiting for Peter to respond for a long time and it would be out of character for him to do so (he's an extremely talkative person). There isn't enough information available to determine whether or not Downey is actually the one who recorded the line, it could be him just recorded in post. But you are definitely correct, I listened to the scene with headphones on and there is a noticeable difference in the tone of voice for this one line and no others.

Answer: The sand from the enchanted hourglass kept the spider from killing her. She breaks the hourglass and gives the sand to Ynyr. Once the sand has been poured out from his hands there's nothing to protect her from the spider.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
Question: Even though it's meant as a comedic moment, I've never really understood why Kirk would be so nervous about Saavik piloting the ship out of space dock. She's not actually flying the ship, so it's not like she's going to crash it into the wall or something. Plus, Sulu is an experienced pilot, so even if she said something stupid like "Warp speed!", he's unlikely to follow the order. Just something odd that I have always wondered about.
Answer: Saavik destroyed a simulated Enterprise during her Kobayashi Maru test, with Admiral Kirk chiding her afterwards. When Spock invites Saavik to take the real Enterprise out of space dock, Kirk is obviously nervous because he thinks Saavik is unready for command, as she destroyed the Enterprise earlier.
To my original point though, she is not actually touching any controls, only giving orders. The Enterprise was destroyed in the simulation during a Klingon attack, which is very different than guiding a ship out of spacedock. Not to mention the fact that the simulation is designed to make the cadet fail.
The whole scene is about Spock taking a dig at Kirk's ego. Being the only cadet in Starfleet history to ever actually beat the Kobayashi Maru test (albeit by trickery), Kirk has an inflated standard for what constitutes "readiness for command," and it shows in his reaction. Knowing full well that it will raise Kirk's hackles, Spock deliberately invites Saavik to handle the simple space dock maneuver. McCoy also knows that Kirk will over-react, which is why he offers Kirk a tranquilizer.
Chosen answer: He's nervous because she's a trainee and had never done this maneuver before. Even if Sulu is there, she could still possibly make one small error that he would be unable to react to in time. As you point out, the scene is meant to be comedic, and it's being a little over-played strictly for that.
Again though, she is not actually piloting the ship, only giving orders.
Even though Sulu is an experienced pilot, taking the ship out of space dock under power is still prohibited for a reason. If something were to go wrong and a quick decision had to be made, Savick would be the one giving orders to correct the problem. That's what makes Kirk nervous, not the piloting skill involved but the decision making required in an emergency.
Answer: Normally a ship is piloted out of spacedock using thrusters (see ST:TMP). Saavik ordered impulse power.

Answer: I think this was left purposefully ambiguous so as to allow the viewer to draw their own conclusions. Is it Billy's? - and therefore Madelyn will be forced to raise a baby on her own and explain the death of its father? Or is it Colin's? - and therefore Madelyn will be forced to raise a baby alongside him, knowing what kind of man its father is. I interpreted the scene as the baby being Colin's. Furthermore, it is not implied that Colin is impotent, only that he has performance issues every once and a while (this could be due to the immense stress and pressure he is under living in constant fear of being made as Costello's rat).

Question: I know Hilary Clinton is on one of the denomination of the lunar money. But at the end, when Felix is in Pluto's new club, there's money sitting on a waitress' tray of a different denomination with someone else on it. Who is on that bill? If there were other bills seen (i.e. deleted scenes) who is on those?
Answer: You can't see any other bills and there are no deleted scenes that show the money either. The only money gag in the film is with Hilary Clinton.
At 1:27:38 there's money on the waitress' tray that does not appear to be Clinton as the profile angle is different.
That's true but you cannot see it well enough to answer the question of who is on the bill.
I couldn't tell either, or find it online. That's why I asked, hoping someone with knowledge of Pluto Nash props would know or perhaps it was mentioned in a DVD extra somewhere. It's clear that it's lunar money and time and effort went into making it, so someone has to know.

Question: How could Amanda have gone to school or even left her house? She was supposed to be dead.
Answer: A real life problem with abducted children, especially those abducted at such a young age, is that after a short period of time they begin to grow and look drastically different than when they were abducted. Amanda could have been home schooled for some time and passed off as the adopted child of her abductors to the general public after a relatively short amount of time. Unfortunately, the average person would likely not even recognize Amanda if they saw her out in public.

Answer: Vullaby is the bird Pokemon who wears the bottom of their broken shell giving it the appearance of a diaper. Cubone is the Pokemon who wears a skull as a helmet.

Answer: The film was apparently offensive to at least the mayor of Juarez. According to him, the film is based somewhat on stereotypes of the region and the depiction of Juarez as a violent region controlled by drug cartels is outdated.

Question: Throughout the whole film series, how is it that Bludsworth knows how to cheat Death and if the main characters are supposed to die, then why does he tell them how to do it?
Answer: Bludsworth's backstory has never been addressed in the series. He seems to have an intimate understanding of the supernatural nature of death but how he knows this is never explained. Why he gives the characters advice is also never explained, however he seems to be legitimately interested in whether or not the characters will succeed in cheating death because it seems to be impossible.

Answer: The robber must have grown up with Rochelle in SC and moved up to NY at some point as well. NY is home to many southern natives.

Mission: Impossible 3 (2006)
Question: In the bridge attack scene, a missile hits a vehicle, and throws it a several yards. Look at how close Ethan is to the blast. Shouldn't a blast that powerful have seriously injured, if not killed him?
Answer: In reality, yes the blast would have seriously injured or killed him. Action films like this are rarely realistic.
Answer: I don't know why the other answer was downvoted- it's absolutely correct. Sure, realistically he should be dead... but where's the fun in that? Movies don't have to be realistic to be enjoyable.

Question: How did the pirates trick the crew into thinking they would keep their promise when they make a deal to release Phillips in exchange for giving them their leader back?
Answer: They didn't exactly "trick" the crew, they just never intended to follow through on their promise. The crew has nothing to threaten the pirates with, the pirates have all the guns.
Answer: Yes, it was. In that scene the names on the jerseys are from the actors and crew.
