Leela's Homeworld - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: As Bender is stomping to stuff the whale down the sewer, when the rope gets to the pavement, the top where the cover is tied suddenly jumps from the level of Bender's head to below the spot where his legs and body meet.

Letters - S9-E2

Trivia: After Radar had gone home, the opening sequence showing the choppers flying in before the title card comes up was altered to omit Radar on the left side of the shot. In this episode's opening, the original with Radar was used.

Factual error: If this planet is a duplicate, an exact copy, of Earth, then Lake Okeechobee, the largest lake in Florida, is wrong. Seen from space, it is much larger and more distinct than the lake shown on this duplicate.

Other mistake: In the opening, the planet looks to be turning the same as Earth does. On the viewer it is turning correctly. However, it is too quickly to be accurate, assuming it is a copy of Earth. If so, at this higher speed, the days would be shorter. Also, the ship should be moving at such a speed as to see the planet moving in the opposite direction.

Continuity mistake: While Drysdale is giving orders in his office, Hathaway is behind him writing. After the angle change, she is pulling the pen out of her coat, and starts to write again.

Suggested correction: In scene 1, set in the day, the Greek soldier is wearing a dark blue jacket and a light blue shirt. In scene 2, set at night, Father Mulcahy is wearing a black shirt and a brown robe, and resting before bed. In scene 3, set during the day, Father Mulcahy is wearing a black shirt, a sweatshirt, and a baseball cap. He is punching a speed bag. Klinger says there has been another fight between the Greek and the Turk. The Greek is not wearing a jacket. Scene 3 is from a different day than Scene 1.

Kaltenmeyer

Nice observation, but how is that a correction?

Movie Nut

The correction is saying there were two fights on two different days. The fight wasn't continuous, so there's no mistake.

Trivia: One of the clips shown claiming to be the Midwest was in fact clips of the Dust Bowl during the Great Depression.

Movie Nut

Continuity mistake: When Nelson comes into the control center, the report is that the sub was just breaking the surface. However, the prior shot of the sub travelling along showed that it was already at the surface, with the conning tower above the waterline.

Movie Nut

Continuity mistake: In the opening, the TV newsman has holds the pencil eraser end down next to the paper he's reading from. When the angle changes the pencil is now eraser end up.

Movie Nut

Revealing mistake: As the Enterprise nears the space dock doors there is an outline around the ends of the nacelles that precedes them as it moves. This shows that the ship was superimposed over the shot of the inside of the space dock.

Suggested correction: This isn't wrong, per se, but matte outlines are so inherent to this type of optical effect that it I think it would be like counting "makeup looks fake" or "unconvincing acting" as mistakes. There probably is a line where a special effect is so bad it can indeed be counted as a mistake, but this doesn't cross it, in my opinion.
