Mazel-Tina - S4-E13
Corrected entry: When everyone refers to Tammy's party they're catering for, they refer to it as a bar mitzvah. Bar mitzvahs are for boys - they're called Bat mitzvahs for girls.

3rd Jan 2005
Corrected entry: If the first Jolly Boys' Outing was in 1960, why does Denzel have a 1970's perm and moustache in the photo?
Correction: Why not? Is it not possible that some people in the 60s had permed hair and/or moustaches? This may have been more popular in the 70s but surely not unique to the decade.
22nd Sep 2013
Corrected entry: The first picture the President shows Maya regarding Daisy's bad behaviour shows her cocking her leg against Tony Blair. Female dogs don't do that - only males do.
Correction: This is just a straight up false statement. Some female dogs will lift their legs when marking.
16th Aug 2004
Corrected entry: For his wedding, Nazir is wearing a veil during the ceremony, and the bride is wearing red. These are characteristics from a Hindu wedding. The Khans are Muslims. (00:08:30)
Correction: That's a Muslim tradition also.

Past Tense - S1-E4
Corrected entry: Meredith ensures she gets a negative drug test by providing some else's urine sample. Wouldn't they know straight away? It is good medical practice (something that a law firm would most likely want upheld) to check the temperature of the sample (about 32-38C) to ensure the sample is fresh.
Correction: There are many ways to pass off samples for drug testing. Without seeing the actual procedure, we have to assume that they came up with a plan, since it ended up working.

Corrected entry: The neighbour's dog looks too well nourished when Shirley goes to feed it, considering it has been denied meat (which as a carnivore, it needs) by its owners.
Correction: It isn't true that a dog couldn't look healthy on the diet that Claymore is being fed. Dogs are omnivores, not obligate carnivores (like cats, for example), and can live without meat. If the dog is eating a commercial muesli, which is probably vitamin fortified, and the milk is cultured, like kefir, for example, so that a dog can digest it (and which would make sense, since Shirley calls it "yogurt"), the dog will get a suitable balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates. In fact, there are commercial, vegetarian dog foods available in the US, and probably in Britain as well, and many dogs live on them for years. Claymore may not like his food as much as he likes raw steak, but he'll eat it when he's hungry enough. The problem is more that his food is bland, than that it isn't nutritious. We also do not know how many times a day he is fed. Shirley feeds him only once, but Gillian asks her to do it only once, and mentions that someone else is coming in to feed him at other times. Understand, I'm not advocating a vegetarian diet for dogs, just pointing out that a dog who is not eating meat would not look sickly, as long as he is getting enough to eat.

O Happy Isle - S2-E3
Corrected entry: Whilst on the island, Jeff cannot drink because he is on antibiotics to treat a dental abscess. It is possible to get different antibiotics that you CAN drink with - why wasn't he prescribed them instead?
Correction: Perhaps he didn't ask for type that allow you to drink, or maybe he is allergic to certain types, either way, it's hardly a mistake to be taking drugs that you cannot drink with.

The Accused - S1-E6
Corrected entry: In the police station, the police officer is yelling loudly at Neville in German. Why didn't they find an interpreter as it is obvious that he is a British builder who probably speaks very little German? Also, why would you get aggressive with someone who is obviously scared?
Correction: Just becuase someone is English doesn't mean they can't speak Germen, at the initial 'interview' the officer may have just thought that Nev was faking not being able to understand. He wasn't being aggresive, it's just the way German happens to sound to English ears, I know I hear German voices all the time and it often sounds as though they are shouting and being aggresive.
11th May 2006
Corrected entry: Why invite a largely uncivilised group like the Rogues? Surely one of the other gangs mentioned to the Riffs that they were loose cannons, and likely to betray them. Also, it becomes apparent that not all gangs (e.g. the Orphans) were not invited to the meeting.
Correction: The Riffs invited all of the major gangs in the city no matter who they were. Cyrus believed he could change everyone and unite as one big gang. So he was wrong. Character mistake.
Correction: The Orphans are low-class, according to Fox's input, so presumably, they are dismissed by the larger, dominant gangs in the area. They wouldn't have been notified of the truce.
1st Apr 2006
Corrected entry: Before turning into gremlins, the mogwai are all different colours - how come? In the original film they were all the same colour as Gizmo.
Correction: These are different gremlims to the gremlins in the first film. The gremlins in the first film are all killed off before the movie ends. Gizmo then creates a new set of gremlins and like most animals will never produce 2 the exact same.

Corrected entry: Camera film does not unravel out of the camera like it did when Wayne opened the camera on the video set - if it is still in use, it should stay where it is. If it is fully rewound, why is it still in the camera?
Correction: Perhaps inaccurate but clearly done for comic effect and as such is not a mistake.

Corrected entry: When the lads are dancing in the dole queue, Lomper is with them. What's he doing there? He already has a job (as a security guard), and I think somebody would've noticed him illegally claiming benefits.
Correction: There are many kinds of benefits that can be claimed even by those with jobs. Even if he was claiming benefits illegally, there's no reason to assume that he "would've been noticed", it happens all the time.
Correction: He might not be claiming. I used to accompany a tenant of my house when he went to pick up his benefit giro to make sure he handed over his rent.
21st Nov 2005
Corrected entry: How can Mr. Burns dance so well? On several previous occasions it has been made obvious that he is weak and feeble.
Correction: Burns is more weak when it comes to strength, i.e. lifting or moving items even ones that are particularly light. Something like walking and dancing is not as much of a problem. He also has danced before. In the episode "Hunka Hunka Burns in Love" he managed to dance (with some assistance from an oxygen tank in his jacket pocket).
12th Feb 2005
Corrected entry: Towards the end when the Tri-Lams are about to be expelled, you notice that there are ALREADY some of the fraternity members present (the black guys in the yellow T-shirts). Why didn't they defend their brothers? They must surely have known that the Alpha Beta fraternity has tried to take down the nerds before, and smelt a rat.
Correction: This is an "I would have done differently" mistake. Perhaps those fraternity members were a particularly mean batch. Perhaps they were just shy.
Correction: Well, the counsel was going to revoke their NATIONAL charter, so they'd lose their charter too. Also, these were the same guys who stood up to the Alphas when they tried to stop Lewis from speaking at the end.
23rd Oct 2005
Corrected entry: When Clark is taking a Polaroid of the family, the photograph just 'flies' out of the camera. Polaroids don't do that, they come out slowly and partly stay secured to the exit rollers until they are pulled out.
Correction: That's the point: He has bought a defective camera. Just like everything he buys/does: It goes wrong.
13th Jun 2005
Corrected entry: Wouldn't Col. Flagg arouse suspicion to his superiors by regularly visiting an American medical unit? He wouldn't have been given orders on every occasion to check it out, and both Blake and Potter would likely have complained about his attitude towards their doctors (especially Hawkeye).
Correction: Because Flagg was supposed to be an intelligence officer and only appeared in 6 episodes between 1974-1979 it is likely his visits may not have gained much attention from superiors and he would probably often work unsupervised and somewhat undirected. As for Blake and Potter, as well as the rest of the MASH unit, Flagg was largely considered a joke and hardly worth the effort to seriously bother over.
21st Jul 2005
Corrected entry: When Karen is found to have serious contamination, she has yet to enter the changing room (she is still in her own clothes). What is the point of having a monitoring arch at the plant entrance? It's highly unlikely that anyone would be contaminated before starting work.
Correction: Anyone who was stealing plutonium to sell on the black market would likely become contaminated outside of work and would then be caught. Also, if for some other reason you became contaminated outside of work, it would be in the company's favor to be able to prove that you were not contaminated at work, i.e. that it was not a workplace accident.
10th Mar 2005
Corrected entry: Why would a ceremonial sword, such as the one used for performing knighthoods, be sharp?
Correction: My cousin, while serving in the US Air Force, used to carry a ceremonial sword. He said at times he would get bored and sit down and sharpen it.

Out Of Time - S6-E6
Corrected entry: When it is believed that Lister is a droid, why does Kryten be so rude to him, considering that this is the same person who helped him override the program preventing him from lying to humans? Also, wouldn't he have realised that Lister came out of Stasis with a long beard and nails? These wouldn't grow on droids.
Correction: Kryten is rude to Lister because he feels betrayed - he believes that the individual who taught him about being human is a droid, and a less sophisticated one that he is. Kryten also states that the 3000 series mechanoids, which he believes Lister is, was disliked because it was too realistic - authentic hair and nail growth is presumably part of the realism that he's referring to.
12th Jun 2004
Corrected entry: I know they can't throw people out, but wouldn't a liberalised Police Service take a very dim view of bigots such as Copeland?
Correction: This seems more like the poster's personal opinion than a mistake.

Correction: They say "bat mitzvah" several times throughout the episode, never "bar mitzvah" (with the exception of a play on words when it's referred to as a "brat" mitzvah).
