Trivia: To stage the year 2000 New Year's countdown, four city blocks were closed off near the Bonaventure Hotel in L.A. To get the estimated twelve thousand extras needed for the scene, a concert was put together. The "Millennium Event" was advertised in local newspapers and on the local radio stations, bringing people from all over to the show. Live music, including Aphex Twin and Doc Martin, kept the energy level high, while the production raffled off trips to Hawaii and other door prizes.

Trivia: It's been mentioned that Tony Todd is the voice on the roller coaster, but also notice the sign at the entrance to the roller coaster. It has the words "I'll see you soon" which was exactly what Tony Todd's character, a.k.a. The Guy at The Morgue, says to Alex in the first film as he and Clear leave the morgue.

Revealing mistake: When Uncle Mike and Johnny go upstairs at the party to hustle Phil and company, Phil shoots the eight ball towards the corner pocket, and the sound effect indicates he made the shot. Phil says, "That's how we do it," but right as he says this, the eight ball is seen slowly rolling back into the shot, revealing he actually missed the shot.

Trivia: When Johnny Blaze is on the roof as the Ghost Rider, he throws the chain at the helicopter, and pulls it towards him in a straight line. When he does this, he says "Come here...you're pissing me off." This is a reference to the character Scorpion from the Mortal Kombat game. Scorpion throws a harpoon the same way in the game, and says "get over here" when he does so. Also, Scorpion's finishing move in the game shows him removing his mask to reveal a flaming skull head, just like Ghost Rider.

Trivia: Christopher Walken made the trick shot in Phil's poolroom upstairs on the first try. According to the filmmakers, this was supposed to be one of several practice shots, but the cameras were rolling "just in case" he made it.

Trivia: James Wong, the director for this movie, was also a writer/producer/director for the X-Files TV show. The script for this movie was based on a script writer Jeffrey Reddick wrote for the X-Files that wasn't used. In the original script, titled "Flight 180," Dana Scully's brother was one of the characters who survived the plane incident.

Revealing mistake: The roller coaster used for the Devil's Flight is really the Corkscrew at Playland in Vancouver, where all three movies were filmed. If you look during the opening credits, you can see the name "Corkscrew" up in the lights above the coaster. After this, it says Devil's Flight during the rest of the roller coaster scenes.

Failure To Launch (2006)
Deliberate mistake: At one point they use a Red Ryder BB gun (Yes, just like in A Christmas Story) and the guy says "You pumped it more than twice, didn't you" to his female counterpart when they shoot the bird. Red Ryder BB guns cannot be cocked/pumped more than once, due to the simple nature of the toy gun that it is.

Trivia: Right after Mr. Medulla says "let's boogie" at the end of the movie, he and Mr. Boy start doing a funny dance with one another. This is the same dance that Dave Foley (Mr. Boy) and Kevin McDonald (Medulla) do in several skits on Kids in the Hall, a sketch TV show that they were the stars of.
