Other mistake: When Barney is ready to pour the plaster cast into the shoe prints, there are only a few prints on the ground. There should be a continuous set of prints from the barn door to wherever.

Barney and the Cave Rescue - S4-E13
Plot hole: Andy and Helen go into the cave and there is a cave in. They find their way out and go into town to change, when they hear on the radio that Barney is getting the townsfolk together to form a rescue, Helen and Andy go back to the cave so barney can rescue them. This makes absolutely no sense. Once they get out of the cave why didn't they go back to tell Barney they were out, why did they have to flag down a truck for the ride back into town? Did they get to the cave with the squad car? It's hard to believe nobody saw them back in town, and how did they get to the cave?

A Black Day for Mayberry - S4-E7
Plot hole: There is no reason for a gold truck from Denver to Fort Knox to be going through Mayberry.

Star Trek (1966)
Plot hole: 300 years is just too long for the children to be on their own. How did they keep their clothes relatively clean for 300 years? Since the kids are playing all day they aren't out in the fields planting and harvesting crops for food, how did they eat?
Suggested correction: For the clothes, it's highly unlikely that they wore the same sets for 300 years. They are in a town/city and on a world that is mostly empty of most human life now. They can easily just find more clothing their size from other houses and even stores. As far as food, children are very good scavengers.
The issue of clothing is not so much an issue as is the issue of food. Given that the children are growing at an incredibly slow rate, their metabolism is probably much, much, much slower and would require far less sustenance.

The Andy Griffith Show (1960)
Factual error: A town like Mayberry with a mayor and council would have its own police force, not just a sheriff.

Funny Girl (1968)
Factual error: Barbara's hairstyle is that of late 60's, when the movie was made, and not correct for the early 1900s setting of the film.

Star Trek (1966)
Character mistake: Watkins is asked to check the bypass valve, there the woman appears, asked about the panel, it's obvious she's not part of the crew. Instead of calling security or Mr Scott he starts to describe the panel, which I'm assuming would be classified information.

Horror Express (1972)
Factual error: When the monk is looking through the microscope, the train goes through a tunnel and the car goes dark, but since the scene is at night and the car was already lit a tunnel shouldn't have made any difference.

The Bob Newhart Show (1972)
Factual error: The apartment makes no sense. There are 3 steps down to the living room which you might have in a house but not in a high rise apartment building. The hallway shows a door for another apartment which would put most of its apartment out past the edge of the building.

Death Buys a Timeshare - S9-E3
Plot hole: During a heatwave, the Hills are dying from the heat and even look for a pool to swim in to cool off. This makes no sense, they live in a ranch house which would have central air or at worst some window air conditioners.
