Continuity mistake: In 'Gone', when invisible Buffy is typing on the social worker's keyboard the letter 'B' is pressed several times. When she prints what she's been typing seconds later it's revealed to be "All work and no play make Doris a dull girl", a phrase which contains no 'B's. (00:21:10)

Continuity mistake: In 'Flooded', Jonathon reads a few things off the board listing the Trio's ultimate aims. One of the things he reads out is "prototype jet-packs that actually fly", but when the list is shown a few seconds later jet packs aren't mentioned on it. (00:27:10)

Tabula Rasa - S6-E8

Continuity mistake: In 'Tabula Rasa' when the loan shark's henchmen throw a stake at Spike at the start it flies over his head and hits a tree. But, if you compare the angle they approach from with the relative positions of Spike and the tree you can see it would have had to do a 90 degree turn in mid air to fly over his head before hitting the tree. Revealing mistake: When Kevin is sitting outside the prom alone throwing pennies into a cup, there's the sound of them hitting the bottom, but if you look closely you can see nothing goes into the cup. (01:11:30)

Continuity mistake: In 'Morality Bites', Phoebe has her premonition about being executed while watching a news report on a baseball player, right after she and the others punish Pratt. Continuity mistake: In Bargaining, part 1, Anya is talking to Giles while he trains the Buffybot. There's a shot from behind and we can the corner of her jumper move around as she turns away, then it cuts back to a front view of her and she's still facing Giles. (00:26:20)

Continuity mistake: In every other episode it's seen in, room 314 is a room directly off a corridor, but in "The I In Team" Walsh walks through the door off the corridor, then there's another shot of her walking through a door. Where did the second door come from? (00:13:50)

Revealing mistake: When the porter is dragged back onto the train at the start you can see (more obviously if you watch in slow motion) that there's absolutely nothing grabbing him, not even someone's shadow. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: Sunnydale apparently has docks ('Consequences' and 'Surprise') and is quite close to a beach ('Go Fish'), but when Sunnydale is destroyed in 'Chosen', we see an overhead shot of the crater and it appears to be in the middle of the desert, far from any coastline.

Revealing mistake: During the scene where the remote guns are firing from the back of the car you can see one of the 'dead' soldiers sitting up to look at the action around him before lying back down.

Plot hole: When Ampata is first released from her imprisonment, why didn't she break the seal then? She knew the only way to re-mummify her was to put the seal back together, so why not shatter it completely instead of leaving it in large fragments? (00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: In 'The Abduction', when Sydney shuts down the traffic lights Sark's car is in the middle of the gridlock. When Sydney is fleeing with the stolen briefcase seconds later Sark pulls up beside her to save her, but how did he get out of the huge gridlock?

Centennial Charmed - S5-E12

Plot hole: In 'Centennial Charmed' Paige orbs to another reality where she loses all her powers. Leo tells her the this is because she was never called as a witch in this world, but Paige had most of her powers before she was called because of her whitelighter blood, so she should retain these. Leo says that Paige has assumed the life of this reality's Paige, but then adds "...or at least the life she would have lived if she hadn't been killed". If alternate Paige had lived she would have had Whitelighter powers, even if she didn't know about them, so our Paige should also have them. (00:28:00)

Plot hole: How did Buffy know where to find Riley at the end of 'Into The Woods'? He told her he was leaving with the army, but he never mentioned the helicopter pad. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: In 'This Year's Girl' when Faith is taunting Joyce with all Buffy's uncollected mail she flings the envelopes across the bed one by one, scattering them. When Faith is fighting Buffy later on they are all in a pile again. (00:37:20 - 00:38:40)

Trivia: When Kimberly blocks the off ramp she sees a road works sign reading 'Next 180 feet'. The car crash at the farm occurs next to the 180 marker (according to the cop reporting it). These are both references to Flight 180, the plane that crashed in FD1.
