Scrubs (2001)

Chosen - S7-E22

Continuity mistake: When Anya leads Andrew away to their station in the school, she goes from having her right arm over his shoulders to having her left arm over her shoulders between shots. She is off camera for a second, but not long enough to move to the opposite side of him and change hands.

Chosen - S7-E22

Continuity mistake: When Buffy is giving her speech about being chosen, there is a shot of Andrew sitting on the couch next to Xander and Anya, but in several of the shots of the Potentials he can be seen standing on the other side of the room in front of the curtains. It's definitely him - his face isn't visible, but the clothes are the exact same.

Dawson's Creek (1998)

All Good Things... (1) - S6-E23

Audio problem: When Doug pulls Jack over at the start, listen closely as Jack says "It's a deserted road". You can hear the sound of a car passing in the background. Not very deserted then. (00:06:40)

Long Time Dead (2002)

Continuity mistake: How did Rob get out of the toilets after killing Stella? The girl two cubicles down would have seen him.

Dawson's Creek (1998)

All Good Things... (1) - S6-E23

Continuity mistake: When Jack is pulled over near the start the creek behind him is empty, and remains like that throughout the scene. Then for the last few shots before he drives off again a sailboat has appeared in the background, literally out of nowhere. (00:06:45)

Dawson's Creek (1998)

All Good Things... (1) - S6-E23

Continuity mistake: When Joey is kissing Chris at the start, at first her hand is down, resting on the cushion. When the shot changes (right before she asks 'I don't really sound like her, do I?') her hand is up on the back of his neck. (00:03:05)

Angel (1999)

Five By Five - S1-E18

Question: What is that song playing as Faith starts the club brawl in '5 by 5'? I'm pretty sure its by the Murderdolls, but what's the song called?

Shay

Chosen answer: The 'Angel: The Casefiles' book only identifies one track in this episode - 'Living Dead Girl' by Rob Zombie.

Angel (1999)

Five By Five - S1-E18

Plot hole: During the scene where Angel tries to work out where Wesley is being held hostage we learn that the man Faith beat up at the start is still alive in the hospital and that it's his apartment she's staying in. Angel bursts into the apartment to save the day, but that's not possible without an invitation, as the owner is alive, whether or not he's actually there. (00:34:00 - 00:36:40)

Trivia: Todd foreshadows his own death - in Alex's vision he mimes strangling himself (when he's trying to stop Alex changing seats), putting an imaginary rope around his own neck and pulling it tight...

Love Bites - S6-E18

Continuity mistake: When Jen is talking to Grams and pours herself a glass of juice the fridge behind her is open. The camera cuts to Grams for a few seconds and when it cuts back the fridge is closed and the jug of juice has disappeared. While the camera does go off Jen for a few seconds, it was nowhere near long enough to put the juice back in the fridge and close it, then run back to where she was standing. Plus, there's no sound of the fridge door closing.

The Eyes Have It - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: When Paige is telling the others she thinks Lydia is the one Cree was after, she says 'I think Lydia was the one who summoned that dust storm', but none of the sisters were present when the dust storm was summoned. They only arrived afterwards. (00:33:40)

Reaping Havoc - S1-E5

Plot hole: When George gets into the lift at her office, her reflection is very obvious on the sliding doors, but we were told back in the pilot that Reapers have a different visage to the outside world that shows up in reflections, on camera etc.

Father Ted (1995)

And God Created Woman - S1-E5

Trivia: In the scene where Mrs. Doyle is telling Ted about the profanity in the book, several of the swears were not in the original script but were introduced by Pauline McLynn during filming. You can see Dermot Morgan trying not to laugh at her last line "Ride me sideways", which he hadn't been expecting.

Alias (2001)

Phase One - S2-E13

Plot hole: In 'Phase One' Sydney tells Will during the day to "Get Francie and get out of town" because she realises there's someone after her. Later that night Francie is shot at her restaurant and replaced by Allison (the clone), but Will was supposed to have taken her away already. There's no question of him not finding her - the restaurant would be the first place he'd look for her.
