Continuity mistake: In the big carnival scene when the Green Goblin has thrown a bomb at the balcony the shot cuts to Peter and he sees two people about to get crushed by a falling rock. You can see that they are facing Peter with the woman on the right and the man on the left. The shot changes and they have their backs to Peter and the woman is now on the left, the man on the right. Continuity mistake: In the film Norman Osborn is talking to the board of the company where they announce they are selling the company. In one shot if you look on the table most of the folders that the board are holding are open. In the following shot most of them are closed. (01:00:30)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film, Peter bumps into Dr Connors. Peter has his bag on his left shoulder but in the previous shot you don't see him put it on his left shoulder. (00:08:45)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is in the schools kitchen with Iceman, you see Iceman point to a cupboard. If you watch closely between shots Iceman's finger changes from being a little limp and pointing down, to being straight and pointing up. (00:29:35)

Continuity mistake: In the museum scene at the beginning when Iceman freezes the guy on the floor, you can see a guy standing beside him with jeans and red boots on. The shot goes back to the guy on the floor and the one who was standing beside him is now standing behind him. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when we see Nightcrawler get past the metal detectors, in the first shot we see him standing still next to a striped bench. The following overhead shot, the bench is now completely red with no stripes. (00:02:35)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film in the museum scene when we first see Pyro and Iceman, there is a man with a green sweater that is sitting behind Iceman. In the next shot he's sitting beside him, then is behind him in the next shot. You can also that in one shot he is looking in Pyro's direction but in the next shot, he isn't. (00:09:05)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the film when the Limo hits the woman in the following shot she can be seen flat on the ground with her legs down. When the man crawls up to her, her legs are to the side. (00:07:25)

Continuity mistake: When Xavier is in the plastic prison with Magneto, at the end of this scene, you see Xavier put his hands on the doors of the prison, but in the following shot from outside the prison his hands have changed positions on the doors. (00:33:10)

Continuity mistake: In the Statue of Liberty scene just after Wolverine, Storm Cyclops and Jean go through the metal detectors, they walk off and watch in the background, you can see Wolverine walk past Cyclops yet in the following shot he is walking past again. (01:09:25)

Revealing mistake: In the middle of the film when Magneto goes to get Rogue from inside the train, he opens the train up, and if you look behind him you can see the roof of the studio. (00:51:50)
