Continuity mistake: When Howard Payne is in the elevator, he hears Jack and Harry doing something from above, and he reaches for his bomb trigger. In slow motion when he's picking it up, it has two buttons on it, yet when Howard pushes one of the buttons, the device now has three. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Harry are on the top of the building at the start, Jack climbs up a ladder and proceeds to walk along to the crane. In one shot he moves the big gun round to his back, and in the following shot the big gun is still in front of him. (00:11:55)

Continuity mistake: When Amy Barnes and Roark are in the park, Amy runs up to Roark and says, "Excuse me," and she goes slightly past Roark so she can face him, yet in the following shot she is side by side with Roark. (00:22:35)

Continuity mistake: When Vaughn, Annie and Tom have fallen down inside the mountain, the camera cuts to Skip trying to call them on the radio. When the camera cuts to some people behind him, a big man is leaning towards another man sitting with a headset on. In the following shot facing Skip, that man is now standing up in the background . Continuity mistake: When Peter, Annie and their dad are on the wall, Peter makes his jump up to the next grip, and as the camera pans out the rope goes straight to the dad. In the next shot there is a carabineer in the wall holding the rope just above Peter, then the rope carries onto the dad. (00:01:50)

Continuity mistake: Chris walks up to one of the drivers of the truck to ask what's going on, and when the driver speaks to Chris, the distance between the driver's head and his arm, changes between shots. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Peter Garrett is singing the song, he ends on a high note and stretches his arm out, but his body remains on the wall. In the next shot he has everything stretched out with his body away from the wall. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When Peter, Wick and the others transfer from the helicopter to the mountain, in the first shot of the mountain there are countless boulders and rocks where they get off, yet in all other shots, the rocks and boulders have gone. (00:58:00 - 00:58:30)

Continuity mistake: When Amy Barnes and Rachel are in the tunnel trying to find out what happened, Rachel falls in the crack of the tunnel, and Amy is thrown back. When it cuts to a different view, Amy Barnes falls or is thrown backwards, yet in the following shot when her hand slips from Rachel's, she falls back again. Also, when she is thrown back by the force, she is thrown back some distance, yet when the smoke subsides she is only about 1 or 2 feet from the crack in the tunnel. (00:27:35)

Continuity mistake: When the lava first comes out of the Tar Pits near the beginning, two cars drive past it. In the next shot a bit further away, one of the cars on the left is now a 4x4, which was not in the previous shot. (00:38:40)

Continuity mistake: When Roark, Anne Heche and the other woman are in MacArthur Park, Roark walks away and Anne Heche is quite a few feet away from the other woman, but then she is right next to her without barely even moving. Also, when Anne Heche puts her hand on the woman's neck, in the following shot she is taking her hand away, and in the next shot she is taking her hand away again. (00:22:15)

Continuity mistake: When Logan is in bed in Xavier's mansion, Rogue walks in and tries to wake him. When Jean says, "Scott, grab a pillow," Rogue is still facing in Logan's direction, then it cuts and she is now facing Storm. (00:38:40)

Continuity mistake: When Roark is running to save his daughter, the camera cuts to his point of view and Kelly is shielding the boy with her back towards Roark, yet in the following shot when Roark goes to grab her she is now standing at a side. (01:28:15)

Continuity mistake: When Peter and Monique are sitting down, Peter takes her glove off, and he moves his hand down to her hand, yet in the following shot we see his hand by the sleeve of her coat again. (01:21:25)

Continuity mistake: When Peter is inside the little hut in the mountains of Pakistan, there is a man inside the hut with him. His position behind Peter changes from being to the right of Peter to standing behind him between shots. (00:07:05)
