Continuity mistake: When Cyclops and Storm are in the train station, Storm is held up by Sabretooth, Cyclops spots this and starts to walk over to help. He stretches his arms out between a lot of people to push two people out the way, yet when the shot changes to Toad's POV all the people around him are at least two to three feet away from him. Continuity mistake: When Wolverine has just walked into Xavier's office for the first time, a girl picks up her book then runs towards Wolverine. Her left hand is on her bag, but in the following shot when Wolverine looks over his shoulder, her left hand is now on the left strap of the bag. (00:24:10)

Continuity mistake: When Wick finds his wife on the mountain and Peter Garrett says, "Is this what your looking for," Peter's hand on the Dex case changes somewhat between shots from being held at the side to being held at the bottom. (01:31:05)

Continuity mistake: After Wick has just discovered the body of his wife, when Peter says, "So did Vaughn use it for himself, answer me dammit," Wick is holding his backpack with both hands, but in the following shot he is holding the backpack with only his left hand. (01:31:30)

Continuity mistake: When the rescue team are jumping from the helicopter to the side of the mountain, the chopper suddenly swings causing Monique to dive for cover. When she dives to the floor there is nothing around her only snow and ice, yet in the following shot when the propeller blades are close to her, a large rock has appeared to her right which wasn't there in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: When Vaughn and Annie come up with the idea of some kind of signal to let Peter know where they are, Vaughn grabs the bag on the snow next to him with his left hand, but in the following shot the bag is in his right hand. (01:40:25)

Continuity mistake: When Annie, Elliott and Tom are inside the cave on the mountain, Vaughn spots a red pack with hardly any snow on it on the other side of the cave, yet in the following shot of the pack, its color can't be seen because it's suddenly covered with a lot of snow and ice. (00:54:15)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Vaughn and the others have started there climb up K2, Annie is pulling herself across a rope from one mountain to another. In the reflection of Vaughn's goggles, in his close up, the large white panel and what looks like a camera are visible. (00:29:15)

Continuity mistake: When we first see Peter, Annie and the dad are on the rockface, which is very flat in the close-ups, but in all distance shots of the rockface it has changed substantially from being flat to being incredibly rocky in many places. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: When Chris, Jessie and Carly get the truck stuck in the mud and have to continue on foot, Jessie and Carly sit in front of the truck and talk. In this shot Jessie puts her left hand on Carly's neck, but in the following shot it is no longer there, then the shot after it is back on her neck again. (00:44:05)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine returns home to the Xavier mansion, Rogue greets him, they talk, and when Jean arrives Rogue leaves them alone. In one shot Rogue's hair is over her left shoulder running down her chest, but in the following shot all of her hair is at the back. (00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is fighting Deathstrike, Wolverine lands on a steel-like platform hanging over the water tank. When Deathstrike gets underneath and starts stabbing Wolverine, she is on his left side, yet when the camera cuts to a view from underwater looking up, she is on his right side. (01:31:00)

Continuity mistake: Just after Carly, Scott, Jessie and Chris have left the house in the woods after waking up the Hannibals, the four of them proceed to run up a steep hill. When Carly and Scott begin to climb the hill there is no large tree stump on the ground, yet in all following shots one has appeared to help them climb up. (00:35:45)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Carly, Scott, Chris and Jessie are approaching the house in the woods, the shot from the back shows Jessie crossing her arms and leaving them there, and Scott behind Carly, but a shot from the front shows Jessie's arms down by her side, and Scott holding Carly. Continuity mistake: When Chris, Carly and Jessie are being burned out of the watchtower by the cannibals, Carly breaks a window by throwing a suitcase out of it. When she throws it through, most of the window and window frame smash. Yet in the shot from inside we see the left side of the window intact and the right smashed, a shot from the outside shows most of the window and wooden frames holding the glass in are still there even though we saw most of the glass and frame gone in the shot from inside. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Chris is hiding underneath the cops' 4x4, we see one of the cannibals lean down to pick up the 4x4's keys off of the floor. He reaches with his left hand, but a shot from underneath the 4x4 shows the cannibal's right hand instead. (01:05:00)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene of the film when we see the male climber almost reaching the top of the cliff. If you look on the side of the cliff, there is some kind of metal device/climbing equipment. This object moves between shots from being about two feet away to the right from the male climbers hand, to a few inches when the climber reaches for his last grip on the rockface. (00:01:05)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine, Rogue, Bobby and John are in Bobby's house and are talking to his parents, his dad says to Wolverine "What are you a professor of?" Just after this the camera cuts to an overhead shot, there is a solid orange pillow at Bobby's brother's side, but in all following shots the solid orange pillow has vanished and is replaced by two striped pillows. Continuity mistake: In the scene where we see the X-Men and Magneto inside the jet at Alkali Lake, they are going over a map of the base, the camera cuts to Nightcrawler and Pyro, in this shot we see Pyro with his hands behind the head rest not visible, yet in the following shot his hands are now visible above his head, then the shot after back to being behind the head rest. (01:15:20)

Continuity mistake: When the SWAT team raid Xavier's mansion, a SWAT member walks into the kitchen where Bobby is but Wolverine grabs him which causes him to fire. The napkins on the table get shot at, then fall onto Bobby who is kneeling down behind the kitchen table, but in the following shot they are falling down again. (00:35:10)
