Suggested correction: That is because the viewing audience (well in a deleted scene anyway) only heard her first name of Hannah and knew she was a Hufflepuff by her robes. This was done intentionally, not to say her last name is Hufflepuff, but so the audience would know who this is in reference to. Not everyone in the viewing audience is a die hard Harry Potter fan who would know that's Hannah Abbott with her last name not being said.

Star Wars (1977)

Trivia: Just before the film's completion, Mark Hamill was cast as David Bradford on the TV series "Eight is Enough." Hamill believed the film was going to be a hit, and wanted to focus on his film career. Hamill played David in the series' pilot, and was replaced by Grant Goodeve for the rest of the show's run.

The Great Escape (1963)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in which the POWs are distributing the tunnel dirt over the compound, Hendley is leading a group of POWs in a soldier's march. In one shot, dirt is coming out from the bags inside their trousers, but their hands are visibly swinging back and forth; they can't be pulling the strings in their pockets to release the dirt. Casino Royale (2006)

Question: Near the end of the film, how does Bond deduce Vesper is in danger after she says she is needed by Mathis?

Cubs Fan

Chosen answer: He suddenly realises that he told Mathis about Le Chiffre's 'tell', and that that must be how Le Chiffre was able to beat him. With the realisation (or assumption - we never find out either way) that Mathis can't be trusted, he comes to the conclusion that Vesper could be in danger and goes after her. Of course, he fails to consider that he also told Vesper herself...

The Great Escape (1963)

Question: In the scenes in which the POWs use the bags inside their trousers to distribute tunnel dirt over the compound, how do they put the pins back into the bags? It seems like a pain in the butt to have to take the bags out, just to put them back in, just to take them back out, etc.

Cubs Fan

Chosen answer: The movie is based on a true story and depicts actual events. After dispersing the dirt, the POWs simply removed the bags from their pants, reinserted the pins, and put the filled bags back inside their trousers again. Of course it was a pain, but what other options did they have? Little or none. Carrying out a secret operation in a POW camp with few resources, they worked with what they had, and made what they had work.

Stalag 17 (1953)

Continuity mistake: On page 186 of the American hardcover, about a quarter of the way down the page, a paragraph begins "Malfoy looked rather as he had done the time Hermione had punched him in the face." However, Hermione never punched Malfoy in the books, she slapped him in Book 3. She only punched him in the third movie.

Donnie Brasco (1997)

Trivia: The scene in which Joe Pistone bets his children that they can't make it through breakfast without saying three words (and his daughter replies "You lose") is a reference to a similar bet made to, and the exact same reply from, president Calvin Coolidge.
