Two, if "Moody" was able to fool the Goblet, a powerfully magical object, into announcing a fourth entrant into the Triwizard Tournament, it seems reasonable that he would be able to get past any protection Dumbledore may have put in place.

Before becoming an actor, Farina served in the Chicago police department, both as a police officer and a detective.
