Question: In the first film, the scene where Dr. Evil shushes Scott was improvised by the two actors. Was the "zip it" scene in this film also improvised?

Trivia: Dr. Evil's trademark gesture is holding his pinky finger to the corner of his mouth. The muscle that extends that finger is called the Exstensor Digitorum Minimi.
