Season 8 generally

Plot hole: For such a dangerous serial killer, Lt. Cobb should be more securely restrained than he is. He wears a simple pair of handcuffs, with only one security escort.

End Run - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Michael, Nate, and Madeline are all talking together, Nate has a glass of milk in his hand, and he raises it to his mouth. In the next shot, the glass has mysteriously disappeared. (00:39:45)

Witness for the Execution - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: When David and Maddie are debating whether or not to help Lawrence Everett, the towel David uses to wipe shaving cream off his face jumps around during the scene. It's around his neck, then in his hands, then on his shoulder, and back in his hands, etc. (00:15:40)

1776 (1972)

Factual error: During "The Lees of Old Virginia", Richard Henry Lee refers to Harry Lee as "Lighthorse Harry Lee". Harry didn't earn that nickname until 1778.

Law & Order: UK (2009)

Show generally

Deliberate mistake: Because the opening narration was adapted from the original American series, the phrase describing the role of the Crown Prosecutors (e.g. "prosecutors who prosecute") is redundant.

The Omen (1976)

Trivia: Richard Donner was originally wary of sending the script to Gregory Peck. Combined with the original ending, in which Robert kills Damien, and the fact that Peck's son had recently committed suicide, Donner thought offering the film to him was distasteful. But to Donner's surprise, Peck agreed relatively quickly to do the film.

The Court Jester mistake picture

Revealing mistake: During the "Outfox the Fox" number when Hawkins "cuts" the copies of himself in half, the copies are obviously all grown men, which then obviously become little people standing on each others' shoulders; it's easy to tell where the cloak hems of the little people on top end.
