Angel (1999)

Couplet - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: When the demon Angel and Groo are chasing crashes through a wall, the resulting hole lets in enough sunlight to force Angel into the shadows. A few shots later, Wesley notices Angel standing in the entrance to the hole. Only a few moments have passed, so Angel shouldn't be able to stand where he is. (00:15:20 - 00:16:20)

Murder 2.0 - S6-E6

Continuity mistake: When NCIS catches the killer, the way he holds a dead man's switch changes. In some shots, he holds it with all five fingers, and in others he holds it with his middle two fingers and thumb, with his index and pinkie fingers extended. (00:39:45)

Lessons - S7-E1

Trivia: Except for Buffy, all of the First's incarnations at the end of the episode are the previous seasons' Big Bads, in reverse chronological order: Warren (season 6), Glory (season 5), Adam (season 4), Mayor Wilkins (season 3), Drusilla (season 2), and The Master (season 1).

Trivia: The urban legend of Harrison Ford stapling his fedora to his head came about after a documentary crew stopped by the set. While clowning around, Ford was captured on camera holding a staple gun to his head and triggering it, but it was empty.

Bones (2005)

Chosen answer: I have read each Kathy Reichs novel and nowhere in them is Temperance Brennan called "Bones". The atmosphere of the novels is much darker, grimmer and more down-to-earth than that of the series and the relationships among the characters is more lifelike; the heroine is called "Dr. Brennan" or "Tempe" by everybody, including her on/off lover Det. Andrew Ryan, except for her boss in Montréal who insists on calling her by her full name, Temperance.

Continuity mistake: When Harry talks to Griphook about breaking into Gringotts, Griphook has the Sword of Gryffindor in his hands. When Harry stands up to leave a few moment later, the sword is now beside Griphook's bed.
