In the next shot, her uniform is noticeably cleaner and the paint on her face has faded to a light yellow tint.

The problem is that the groom is standing in the first shot, but when the broom is about to hit the guest, the groom is nowhere in sight. The shot then changes, and now the groom reacts to the hit.
