Continuity mistake: The second time the Libyans kill Doc, after the DeLorean disappears, the kiosk is in flames. A frame later the flames are gone. (01:44:19)

Continuity mistake: Lorraine throws Joey's cake on the table and a close-up shows nothing next to the tray. When the angle changes, a Pepsi can has appeared right by the middle of it.

Continuity mistake: When the wind unplugs the cable connected to the tower and Doc runs towards it, the position of the cable changes between one shot and the other in barely half a second.

Continuity mistake: When the movie starts, Nick has his left hand over the bulldog's back and the right around the leash. When the phone rings, his left hand is now holding the leash, and the right one is grabbing the cell phone. The transition between both movements is missing.

Continuity mistake: When Doc syncs his stopwatch and the dog's, he holds them away from their bodies. A frame later his hands are close to his chest and there's dog hair all around.

Continuity mistake: After Joey's cake lands on the table, George puts his arm to the right of the cereal package. A frame later it's on the left side and holding a pencil.

Continuity mistake: When the 1950s clock chimes and Marty stares at it, a huge scaffolding structure is reflected on a glass billboard, which is nowhere to be seen in subsequent shots of the place.

Continuity mistake: After the DeLorean with the dog in zooms in between Doc and Marty's legs, all of the angles show that there is no license plate anywhere around. Suddenly it appears spinning in front of them, as if it had been there all the time.

Continuity mistake: After escaping from the Peabodys, Marty stops the car in the middle of the road and exits with his hair all messed up. A frame later it's brushed. (00:33:57)

Continuity mistake: When Paul records the first video, the screen shows his hair over his forehead, in the rest of the shots his hairstyle is totally different.

Continuity mistake: When Doc puts Einstein in the car, the dog turns his head inside the car. A frame later, from a new angle, it's outside the car.

Continuity mistake: After Marty exits the cafe to make himself a skateboard out of two wooden crates, the crates are half a meter apart from each other, but close in the next angle. Also, the chubby kid holding his friend's crate swaps to holding his between one frame and the other.

Continuity mistake: After Marty is looking in awe at the 1950's records store, his hair swaps from messy to brushed backwards right when he walks backwards on the grass.

Continuity mistake: When Marty sees the Lyon Estate works there's a mild breeze blowing. Just a frame later, from a new angle, there's a very strong wind. (00:34:18)

Continuity mistake: When John crashes against the birdhouse, its pole is lying on the car's hood. When Rachel runs to help him, it is not on the hood anymore. It also breaks the windshield, though later it is intact.

Continuity mistake: When Jack cries he's king of the world he raises his arms pointing in an 11-12 o'clock direction. A frame later, from a different angle, they're in a 9-10 o'clock direction. (00:31:00)
