Plot hole: When Elizabeth is interviewing Victoria for the first time, she mentions that Victoria had sent her an application, therefore her name had to have been on it. However, Maggie Evans didn't change her name to Victoria Winters until she was on the train en route to Collinwood for the interview, therefore Elizabeth would have been expecting Maggie Evans, not Victoria Winters.
Character mistake: When Aubrey is telling the Bellas that they will practice two hours a day, seven days a week, the board behind her states that on Sundays they have the day off. (00:35:05)
Continuity mistake: Enjolras is holding a book during his protest which disappears and reappears at will.

Factual error: When Henry uses someone's mobile to call home, which would be overseas, he only presses about 4 numbers, when he should have had to press about 10.
Factual error: In the scene where Arthur first enters the house and starts going through paperwork, there's a shot of Nathaniel Drablow's death certificate which shows 'body was not recovered' in the box next to his cause of death. Such a thing would not be written on death certificates of the time - that box is reserved for 'Signature, description and residence of informant', a heading which can partially be seen as the camera pans across the certificate. For the death to have been registered, an informant's signature would have to have been there. (00:20:05)
Continuity mistake: Bryan is cornered in an Istanbul alley and engages in fierce hand-to-hand combat with Albanian gangsters. Bryan takes one of the gangsters hostage, holds a gun to the gangster's face and threatens to kill him. Another gangster doesn't even hesitate to shoot Bryan's hostage in the back multiple times, and the guy drops down dead at Bryan's feet. Bryan is frozen on the spot. Camera cuts to another Albanian gangster entering the alley, holding Lenore hostage. Camera cuts to close up of Bryan, who quickly calls his daughter Kim to warn her. Camera cuts back to a full view of the alley, and the dead guy at Bryan's feet has completely vanished.
Factual error: In the movie, when the elevator ("the fall") reaches the middle of the planet, everything turns weightless. In reality, everything should have turned weightless as soon as the elevator was dropped, given they're in freefall.
Continuity mistake: In the first movie the "Welcome to Silent Hill" sign is on the right. In this movie it's on the left.
Continuity mistake: When Ralph sticks Sour Bill to a candy tree, the branch is directly under Sour Bill, but when Vanellope has become a princess later on, the branch is now facing Sour Bill's right. (01:13:00 - 01:28:15)
Factual error: Johnny shows Mavis the sunrise by keeping her back in the shadows. But if your whole body is in an object's shadow then you can't see the light source. The rising sun is reflected dead center in Mavis' eyes, which means the sunlight is touching her, which means she ought to be on fire.
Factual error: In the beginning where Tooth is sending her fairies to various regions, she sends a few to Moscow, stating that there are "22 incisors and 18 premolars" that need collecting. Premolars are not baby teeth; they are permanent adult teeth. (00:06:10)
Continuity mistake: When Jenko and Schmidt are throwing the house party, Jenko invited the 3 nerds to help him hack Erik's phone. When Jenko lets them in, only two guys walk in, then he shuts the door. In the next shot, all 3 guys are inside.
Factual error: At the start of the war, it says Fort Sumter 1861. However, on the battlefield we see the US flag with 35 stars. In April 1861, there were only 33 states.
Continuity mistake: In the dance contest, Pat's shirt is tucked in at the beginning. During the "Fell In Love With a Girl" portion his shirt comes totally out. Subsequently his shirt is tucked in again.
Factual error: At the beginning of the film, Nick gazes up at the Roosevelt Hotel. The camera pans up and we can count the number of floors - 18. Yet, during the film, Nick is purported to be on the 21st floor.
Revealing mistake: When Alex says they should go find the penguins, he says "To home" and Marty, Melman, Gloria and Julien place their hands on top of his hand. In the next shot it shows all of them together. But due to the position of Julien and his arm length, it would have been impossible for Julien to have his hand fully placed on Alex's hand. (00:05:05)
Plot hole: Ruthven is apparently bitter that he has been denied his chance of becoming an immortal vampire after Clara steals the map from him, which is why he attacks Eleanor. But why doesn't he just go to the island anyway? You don't need to be invited - Clara, Eleanor and Frank aren't. Having been there once, it seems highly unlikely he can't find it again - he's a naval captain, so navigation and observation are major professional skills for him. And it isn't hidden or magically protected - the local boatmen know where it is and are prepared to take people there, although they won't set foot on it themselves. He could quite easily have gone there without the map, entered the shrine and been turned into a vampire if that's what he wanted.
Plot hole: Bobby confronts Wilee on the college campus to give him the envelope. Whilst the confrontation progresses, Wilee gets away from Bobby after distracting him by holding his sandwich by riding his bike off the college campus, onto the main road and never stops. During this ride, he drives past the gaps in several cars and taxis. Within a minute and a half, Bobby then manages to catch up with Wilee. There are two things wrong with the time it took Bobby to reach Wilee. First, there were loads of cars that we would had to have drove past in order to get to him. The problem with this is that Wilee managed to get past the cars using his bike to go through the gaps. Bobby had his car which meant he couldn't have possibly gotten through the gap making him reach Wilee in that amount of time. And second thing wrong with this is, even though Bobby knew where Wilee was taking the envelope too, he still didn't have any way to know the precise direction Wilee was going in to deliver the envelope. Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie when Kwon says he will take Bobo down if he ever breaks the law again, Bobo empties his glass of whisky. In the next shot when Bobo puts the glass down, it's half full. (01:25:30)
Suggested correction: Not really though. You see you can stand in the shadows but still look at the sun. No one actually does but it is possible.
A shadow is caused by something blocking the sun. If you stand in the shadow (i.e. you are no longer casting your own shadow), you can not see the sun. Think of lying on the beach and someone stands over you in such a way their shadow is cast over your head. The sun would be blocked from your view. You obviously would still see all the scattered light, but the sun would not be reflected off your eyes.
