The Triplets of Belleville picture

Corrected entry: When the old lady is about to cross the busy city street, the fat person on her right looks like they're floating.

Correction: That's not a mistake, it's artistic concept. Fat persons are animated like that throughout the movie.

Matchstick Men picture

Corrected entry: Nicolas Cage arrives home late to find his daughter asleep. He has bought a tub of her favorite ice cream, but apparently neither of them stay up to eat it. First thing the next morning, she gets the ice cream out. When opened, it's obviously already been eaten from. (00:40:05)

Jon Nicholas

Correction: Actually when Cage arrives, the girl wakes up, so there is time for her to go and try her favourite ice cream before going to bed again.

Corrected entry: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport does not have any moving walkways.

Correction: It does have moving walkways between the terminal and the parking garage. They have only been there since around 1997.

Bad Santa picture

Corrected entry: Willie lights luminaries Christmas Eve before he goes to rob the mall. When we go back to the house later in the evening all the luminaries on the street have been removed.

Correction: When places do a luminaries event there is often a crew that goes around at a specific time to put out and/or pick up the luminaries. When he went back to the house, this crew could have already come by and done that.

Correction: He didn't bring all his kids with him, the rest were left behind.

How to Deal picture

Corrected entry: In the video in the scene where Macon is in the radio studio talking over the mike to Halley (Mandy Moore), he accedentaly calls her Mandy.

Correction: He never calls her Mandy. I just got through watching that scene, and he calls her Halley every time.

The Music Man picture

Corrected entry: During one of the musical numbers, many people are seen singing while sitting on a set of bleachers. The bleachers are modern metal ones, despite the fact that the movie takes place before those types of bleachers existed. They ought to be wooden bleachers.

Correction: The year is 1912, it is hard for me to believe that metal bleachers would not exist, especially since the only difference would be what the exterior is made of, i.e. the hinges, etc. are the same metal.

Bringing Down the House picture

Corrected entry: When Steve Martin first meets Queen Latifa, she doesn't have any bag and goes into his house for a while before she gets kicked out. Then after she's was hidden in the bush, she has her bag and carries it around with her. If she couldn't put down the bag the second time, why would she leave it outside for at least 10 minutes?

Correction: In fact, Queen DOES carry her bag when she enters Steve's house. The belt of the bag can be seen over her shoulder. When she is in she puts her bag on the floor. This can be seen.

Bad Eggs picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where the guy in a barrel was kicked down the stairs, you see the barrel go down one set of stairs, then go down a level above it, as if it had magically appeared up a flight.

Correction: Actually, what you see is TWO barrels, Mick Molloy in one and Bob Franklin in the other. It's not just one barrel going all the way down, rather two barrels sent down one after the other.

The Room picture

Corrected entry: Chris R holds a gun on Denny to try to get drug money he owed him. However, after Johnny and Mark take Chris R away, Claudette and Denny talk about it like Chris R owed Denny the money, like "Were you giving them to him? Selling them to him?" or "This is no way to make money."

MikeH

Correction: Denny says over and over he owed Chris R money. It was just Claudette who was trying to understand the situation because Denny says he bought drugs off the guy but that he doesn't have the drugs any more. So she wants to know what Denny did with the drugs, she knows it's not Chris R who owes Denny money.

Inspector Gadget 2 picture

Corrected entry: After Dr. Claw has frozen time, one of his henchman knocks over a guard. As he hits the ground, you can hear a thud. However, when Gadget is flying over the pool and hits the girl's hair, it shatters like glass. Now, either that shouldn't have happened, or that guard should have broken into a million pieces.

Correction: Actually, the guard is supposed to thud. See, when you come out of a pool, if you bring up your head the way the girl did, and because of her hair length, the water is thrown into the air. So, he's hitting the water that's been thrown up, not her hair. The guard, however, isn't surrounded by water, so he thuds.

Confidence picture

Corrected entry: When we first meet Andy Garcia, he makes a big deal about always wearing the same tie which Ed Burns sent him. In the next scene, the tie has changed colours.

Correction: The lighting makes the tie look darker in the cafe, and it is shiny which doesn't help, but Gunther does wear the same tie throughout.

Out of Time picture

Corrected entry: At the end, when Denzel's wife tells him she will move back in with him, he bends down to get her a beer out of the cooler. When he hands her the beer bottle, it is half full.

Correction: If you listen to the dialogue of this scene, you will hear Denzel's character indicate there are no more beers and he offers to share the one he is drinking. This is why the beer he hands her is not full.

Ned Kelly picture

Corrected entry: When Ned Kelly goes to Aaron Sherritt's house with the cops, Ned dresses up as a women and shoots him. It's been proven that Joe Byrne actually killed him alongside with Dan Kelly. Aaron came out and he was shot while Dan kicked down the door and shot randomly around the Aaron's homestead. It wasn't Ned Kelly and Steve Hart who committed the crime.

Correction: In the movie it is not Ned Kelly that is dressed up as a woman. It is in fact Joe Byrne that is dressed up and shoots Aaron.

Grind picture

Corrected entry: In the scene when the guys go to the motel they ask if they can clean the pool to get a free room, the manager says if they clean the pool then they can have room 126, when they enter they're room the door has the number 6, indicating that it was room 6. Shouldn't it have been room 126?

Correction: When the guys go to the motel they clean the pool for room 126. When they enter the door says 6 but the 12 part was torn off because the motel was crappy. It was really room 126, not 6.

Open Water picture

Corrected entry: At the end of the film Susan removes her aqualung and life jacket. She immediately disappears below the surface of the water and does not resurface. As she had removed her weight belt earlier when she felt ill, the natural buoyancy of her body + the air in her lungs would make it impossible for her to sink in this way.

Correction: She could have been pulled down by a shark.

Radio picture

Corrected entry: Forty minutes into the movie, the football team is boarding a school bus for an away game. It's pouring rain, but there are tree shadows everywhere, on top of the bus and on the ground.

Correction: It's possible for the sun to be out while it's raining. In fact, that's how rainbows are formed.

To Kill A King picture

Corrected entry: Cromwell was a general in his own right for most of the war (he is never referred to as 'General Cromwell' in the film as he in fact would have been) and is one of the most brilliant cavalry commanders in British history. He did not need to create himself a general to succeed Fairfax and he did not need Fairfax to control an army that he himself had largely created.

Correction: It is incorrect to say that Cromwell did not need Fairfax to control an army that he himself had largely created. Fairfax was made Lord General of the New Model Army at its formation in 1645, with Cromwell as Leiutenant General of the Horse, and he continued as Lord General until well into Cromwell's Protectorate.

Live Forever picture

Corrected entry: When the film talks about the chart battle between Blur and Oasis, one of the interviewees says something like 'The working class oiks from Manchester (meaning Oasis) won.' They didn't: Blur's Country House got to number one and Oasis's Roll With It got to number two.

Correction: I think there talking in the long run, because Blur did win the battle (and get to number 1) but Oasis won the war (outsold Blur massively in album sales) and became much more succesful in the following britpop years.
