Continuity mistake: Will Ferrell is holding a hockey stick right side up when he smashes the glasses on the kitchen counter. When they cut to a wide shot, he is holding the stick upside down. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: Unable to make his shadow stick Peter is upset and when Wendy surprises him he zooms up to the ceiling and bangs his head. In this shot the light fixture hangs flush with the ceiling under a decorative medallion around the base. Later, when Peter floats to the ceiling after John says, "You offend reason sir" the fixture now hangs way down on a very long chain. (00:15:00 - 00:21:15)
Continuity mistake: After the riot in the streets of Buffalo, Bruce meets up with God again in the Omni Presents building. They discuss how everything is going wrong. At the close-up shot of Bruce's face when he says, "What do I do now?" the frame is flipped. You can tell this because his hair is parted on the wrong side and his nose looks different. (01:15:20)
Continuity mistake: When Cody Banks crashes a rocket propelled snowboard into a tree, Ronica Miles meets him using a jet pack. When she lands, she unbuckles herself and all the straps are seen free. After a shot of Cody's snowboard in the tree, it goes back to Ronica and she begins unbuckling herself from the jet pack again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Stanley and Zero are digging to find the chest toward the end of the movie, the background behind them is just a dirt wall. In a following shot upon discovering the box, there are stairs that lead to the hole. In the next shot, these stairs are gone again and it's just the hole again. (01:38:05)
Continuity mistake: After Sarah has called at Harry's office, Harry prepares to open his office door to see her out. The camera cuts back to Sarah for a moment, then back to the camera angle on Harry as she walks to the door. Continuity mistake: When the members of the League are attacked at Dorian's home, the fight is accompanied throughout by a blizzard of paper falling from a height, yet hardly any of the books have been disturbed on their shelves. (00:28:40)
Continuity mistake: At the hotel he is staying at with Belinda, there is a side shot of Mahowny walking down an escalator. Going up are 2 men. There is then a shot from the bottom of the escalator and the 2 men have been replaced by 2 different men and a woman. (00:41:25)
Continuity mistake: In the lab in Hong Kong, Lara is held down on a table covered in broken glass. Her head is pushed around, she is shown grimacing with pain and blood is shown on the glass. When she stands up, her face is unmarked. (01:04:50 - 01:05:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Moe shows the Tenor brothers their apartment, the star on the door is gold. Later when Morty is riding around on the scooter, you can see the star on their door has changed to silver. It changes many more times throughout the movie.
Continuity mistake: When Conrad first puts the spider lock in his pocket it is put in his left pocket, but when he takes it out, he takes it out of his right pocket.
Continuity mistake: During the dance sequence for "That's the Way (I Like It)" Kelly's shoes change twice: at the beginning she is wearing open-toed black shoes, then she is wearing sneakers for about two seconds, then back to the open-toed shoes and finally to the sneakers for the remainder of the scene. Continuity mistake: During the scene in which Charlie and Louis manage to crash their plane, they hit a chimney and the plane's left wing goes flying on its own. Moments later, however, it has attached itself to the plane again, before in the next shot disappearing again. (00:38:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Rock finally starts using guns, there is one shot where the three holes in his tee shirt are on the right side of his chest, because it is a flipped shot. The holes are on the left side of his chest in every other shot. (01:23:20 - 01:24:40)
Continuity mistake: When Chris runs out of the door to the Hollywood film studio following Annie she is barefoot. When the shot changes and they emerge into the alleyway behind the studio they are both wearing slippers.
Continuity mistake: Sati and her family leave one suitcase when they get on the train (the one Neo was carrying), but when the train comes back and Trinity steps out, there is no suitcase. It can't have gone anywhere - as we see when Neo tries, the only way out is on the train, otherwise you're caught in a loop. (00:14:05 - 00:24:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the police car is chasing Ben Affleck and Uma Thurman on a bike down in a tunnel, in one shot, the police car's flashing light on top is ripped off by the low ceiling. In the very next shot, the lights are still on the top. The next shot shows the lights are gone. (01:13:50)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Charlize Theron and Christina Ricci are in the car and Christina is driving, the camera pans to Charlize smoking a cigarette. The first shot it is half way done, the 2nd time it is at the filter and then again half way done and then it's gone and she lights a brand new one. (01:10:05)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eddie Murphy is going into the crypt, he takes one of the lit torches. While they are trying to escape the skeletons, the door to the crypt closes and locks. When they show the shot of his son outside, you see two torches again. When he gets the doors open and they leave, you see one.
Continuity mistake: In the first race, the Supra crashes down after jumping the bridge, and a side shot shows that the Supra's rear wheels have changed from the expensive chrome items to the standard Supra wheels. (00:12:00)
