Continuity mistake: When Pancho and Frank are bathing in the lake, you see an Italian Horn on Frank's necklace. The camera angle changes and it is now a medallion.
Continuity mistake: When Sinbad and his men attack Proteus' ship and Proteus is fighting, the neck of his shirt gets torn. In each shot after this the neck line keeps switching between being torn and not being torn.
Continuity mistake: In the scene were Lloyd finds Harry's "treasure chest", you can see that the chest is laying flat against the wall, but when the Principal and the lunch lady come and find it missing, there is a small dirt outline, as if the chest was pointing out from the wall, instead of larger outline, as if it were flat against the wall.
Continuity mistake: In the "No Problem" scene, Alex lights up a cigarette while waiting for Isaach and then leaves it in the ashtray. Later on, when Isaach finally arrives, Alex offers him a cigarette and lights one for himself. The cigarette left in the ashtray disappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Angelina Jolie is chasing her son into the bedroom trying to put his pyjama top on, he is wearing a singlet. When the dad walks in and she finally gets the top on him, the top few buttons are undone and the singlet has now gone.
Continuity mistake: When Fin meets Emily in the Mill Bar, the amount of beer in his glass goes up and down without him buying a round or replenishing his glass.

Continuity mistake: The movie is a documentary about a road trip from Seattle to Santa Barbara in chronological and geographical order. After passing Santa Cruz they were suddenly in Garberville and then Hopland, both north of San Francisco. They then resumed their trip south of Santa Cruz.
Continuity mistake: While Manzano is asking Jake about Gunther, Lily is standing in the background. In alternate shots she keeps switching between holding on to the strap of her bag and fiddling with some keys. (01:06:30)
Continuity mistake: When Ray and Eva are at his house playing pool, they stop to talk and Ray has both his hands on top of the pool stick during the scenes shot from the front and during the scenes shot from the back he's just holding the stick by the shaft.

In the shot before they take off Jason Lee is in the driving seat, when they show the shot of the car in mid air Julia Stiles is now in the driving seat, and in the shot as the car lands they are back in the right seats.
Continuity mistake: This is actually in a deleted scene on the DVD: Jones shoots a mountain lion at night, and it's seen to be completely dark out. The two other men go out to look at it, but when they're walking across the snow, the sky is suddenly pale blue and there's light just below the horizon. It looks like it's just before dawn or just after sunset. But when they reach the dead mountain lion, the sky is suddenly black again, and it looks like it's the middle of the night.
Continuity mistake: When Julia Roberts is sitting on the couch with the male teacher, after he pours her a drink, they move the camera and show her and her drink is almost empty and then they show him and the drink is almost full. They then repeat going from her with an almost empty glass to him with her glass almost full.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at Mr Bingly's ball, where Lizzie is looking for Charlotte, she obviously notices her and starts walking towards her with her arms stretched out, palms down. In the next shot, her palms are turned upwards to take Charlotte's hands, who have hers palm down.
Continuity mistake: During the coverage of a bingo game, the caller said B-8. Immediately the shot changed to a player covering N-38.
Continuity mistake: As John first checks in at the Baker motel, the pen on the desk shifts between shots. It's on a chain and certainly would make some noise if either character had moved it. (00:10:45)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the movie, when Barbara crosses the road from Grand Central Station to catch the taxi, there is a blue car parked in front of it. Then when the shot is shown from the rear of the taxi, the blue car is gone. When the shot moves back to the side view, the blue car is back there again. In addition when the shot is taken from the side of the taxi, there is no green fence visible, however, when the shot is from the rear of the taxi, there is a shoulder-high green tubular fence on the footpath. Continuity mistake: In one scene, Rabbit picks three flowers. In the next shot, Rabbit gives all of the three flowers away and still has one for himself without ever having gone back to the bush to pick one more for himself.
Continuity mistake: When Lex goes back to Queens, he meets up with an old friend who is driving his car. The camera angles from the front show him standing with his hands at his sides, but the camera angles from the back show his left hand on the car. Happens about 3 times during the entire scene.
