Continuity mistake: When Alex and Emma are at lunch at a restaurant talking, Emma holds her fork up. The fork has a little orange carrot on it. It cuts to Alex, then when it shoots back to Emma, instead of a piece of carrot, it is something lumpy and yellow. It does this repeatedly.
Continuity mistake: When the Fighting Temptations are performing at the Gospel choir contest at the end, the convict with the high voice is dancing with only one handcuff attached (you can see him try to hide the other end, which is flapping around). In a subsequent shot, he has both handcuffs attached again.
Continuity mistake: When Daniel and Emilien find the Santa Claus gang's hideout, Emilien opens the door and falls out into the snow. From the outside shot you can see the taxi has got wheels when they were changed into tracks earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Shanti rubs the war make-up off Ranjan's face, she only rubs half the make-up off. In the next shot, all the make-up is gone.

Continuity mistake: Inman is watching Ada through her window while there is a party going on. When there is a shot of Inman's face, you can see a reflection in the window of Ada putting her hand on her father's shoulder. Then it cuts to Ada's father who is standing alone.
Continuity mistake: Julie doesn't come home one night; the next day as she is getting out of the pool we see that she has been "roughed up" and has a black eye. Next to her eye there is a circular bruise/mark. That evening, as Julie and Sarah are at dinner the bruise is now under Julie's eye and is a different shape (longer and more oval in shape). Continuity mistake: In the final sword fight between Rathbone and Jackie, you can see Rathbone's swords flex along the edge more like rubber than a steel sword.

Continuity mistake: When Donnie steals Chuckie's clothes and glasses, Chuckie puts on Donnie's shorts and complains about his eyesight. But later in the movie, when he doesn't have his glasses, it seems he can see just fine. Then, when he gets his glasses back, he says something like "I can see again."

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Heath Ledger and his priest friend receive the dagger from the head of the Order that supposedly kills the Sin Eater, the head priest sets the dagger on the table between the 2 priests with the handle of the dagger facing Heath. The shot then moves from one side of the table to the other side showing different angles of the conversation, in each shot the dagger is no longer facing Heath but the other priest. But in the next shot is is, and so on for about 8 shots.
Continuity mistake: When the rats are tearing the newspaper, the amount of damage to it is inconsistent. At one point they've torn all the way through the blue banner at the top of the page; later it is whole again. (00:24:50)
Continuity mistake: The rain comes and goes from moment to moment. This is especially noticeable during the extremely long shootout sequence where it is alternately raining/not raining between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Jackie and Watson are driving Watson's car right after they've been on a video conference with all the professors, they park the car. We see Jackie has his seatbelt on, but when it cuts to him breaking the door off the seatbelt is no longer on him. He could not have removed it that fast. (00:53:40)
Continuity mistake: Nino gets trussed up in silver duct tape. The boy gets bundled over the shoulders of one of the bad guys, and you can see that there is only a small amount of tape around his legs. They go straight inside the meat packing factory and suddenly in the next shot, there is a huge amount of tape around the boy's legs.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the movie when the two guys steal the lady's purse and pull off her fake arm, the arm they grab is the woman's left one, but the arm the guy is swinging around is a right arm.
