Casanova (2005)

Continuity mistake: In the bedroom scene the bedding at the head of the bed slightly changes from one position to another and then back again.

Continuity mistake: Burt purchased a car in California. Apparently he bought more than one nearly identical car. The license plates randomly change throughout the movie.

Elizabethtown (2005)

Continuity mistake: A wireless microphone was laid down near the front of the stage so the speaker could dance. In many subsequent shots the microphone changed orientation and location. (01:34:50)

Elizabethtown (2005)

Factual error: Near the end of the movie a fire accidentally starts in the center of the ballroom. It activates a fire sprinkler but every other sprinkler also activates. Fire sprinklers are activated by heat so only the one(s) nearest the fire would have activated.

Dog Gone Love (2004)

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the movie a hamburger is thrown in hopes that a dog will "fetch" it. When the dog does not do so the hamburger is retrieved twice, in perfect shape, to be thrown two more times. On each throw its various parts would have landed individually all over the place and not been throwable again.

Continuity mistake: Chuck and Al are having a discussion in an auto repair location. Chuck has a black smear on his face at the beginning of the conversation. As the shots continue back and forth between the two the smear on Chuck's face suddenly disappears.

Thumbsucker (2005)

Factual error: Justin enters a private mail box facility to mail a large "business reply" envelope which requires no postage. The sender just deposits it into any mailbox free of any cost. The PMB facility charged him $3.20, the old rate for Priority Mail.

Broken Flowers (2005)

Continuity mistake: After Dan is injured a bandage is placed horizontally above Dan's left eye. In all subsequent shots and scenes the bandage is at an angle.

Continuity mistake: During a conversation between Andy and Cal, the cord for Cal's name badge changes position. A few minutes later during a conversation between Andy and David, the cord for David's name badge shifts back and forth between two positions.

Saint Ralph (2004)

Revealing mistake: Throughout the extended scene where Ralph was training with Father Hibbert in pouring-down rain, both characters' faces were completely dry when they should have been completely wet.

Happy Endings (2005)

Other mistake: Otis picks up a DVD case and asks if he can take it home to look at. While waiting for an answer he opens the jewel case and even moves the inside flap (as would be in a case with more than one DVD). There is no DVD in the case, it is completely empty (all black inside). He later views the non-existent DVD at home. (00:16:55)

Rebound (2005)

Other mistake: After Coach Roy is knocked down by a ball, someone said that he had been "barfed on" by the kids. There was no evidence of this on either his clothing or his face during subsequent shots in the same scene.

Rebound (2005)

Other mistake: Near the beginning, a player takes a shot that misses the basket. Immediately thereafter there is an off-camera sound of a window breaking. The windows in the gym are near the ceiling and the ball could not have hit any of them. In addition, later shots of the windows do not show any that are broken.

Rebound (2005)

Continuity mistake: After the entire team has muddy water splashed all over them by a car on the way to a game, Coach Roy's clothing is miraculously mud-free once he arrives at the school. Several other subsequent scenes in the same period of time had discrepancies in having mud or no mud on the team members' clothing, going back and forth.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie Herbie did several "doughnuts" on a large grassy area causing obvious damage to the grass, then stopped in the middle of the area he was doing doughnuts. In several subsequent shots (but not all) there was no damage to the grass.

Wayne C.

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the movie Crazy Dave was dragged a distance on the ground behind Herbie. When he got up he had random dirt stains on his clothes whereas there should have been dirt all over and likely physical damage to his clothes.

The Perfect Man (2005)

Factual error: Holly put a flame up next to a fire sprinkler in an out-of-the-way location, causing the sprinkler to activate. Every fire sprinkler in the building then went off too. This is not possible. Each sprinkler is self-contained and is individually activated by heat. Only sprinklers directly affected by heat will activate.

Bewitched (2005)

Continuity mistake: When Jack Wyatt is speaking on stage, there is a large video screen behind him, to allow those far from the stage to see the speaker clearly. The movement by Jack on stage is not the same as the movement on the screen. When Jack is moving quickly the image on the screen is not (and vice-versa).

Continuity mistake: Sasquatch was banging his head on his cell wall. Paul Crewe entered and began a conversation with him. In every ensuing shot of Sasquatch, the blood pattern on his forehead had changed, never the same as any shot before. (00:31:45)

Suggested correction: It's different because he is continuing to bleed more. Insinuating that the last time "Sasquatch" hits his head on the wall is when he cuts his head open. The first cut is it starting to bleed, second it's bleeding more, third it's bleeding into his sweat and running.
