Continuity mistake: In the basketball game near the start of the movie the scoreboard showed 4.5 seconds to the end of the game. Several seconds go by including a successful basket being made. Then a time out is called. The scoreboard clock should have already run out but still showed 2.5 seconds to go.

Continuity mistake: Mrs. Pearlman is having a several minute telephone conversation with "Jeremy" while at the reception desk. The clock says 2:50 and stays there during the entire conversation (it doesn't move). Slightly later a shot shows the reception desk again and the clock now says 2:55. It was obviously unplugged, the hands being moved manually.

Assisted Living (2003)

Continuity mistake: When Tommy gets into his car to look for Mandy (a dog), his windshield is very dirty (as seen from the outside). At the beginning, the windshield is obviously dirty looking out the windshield from the inside. Later in the sequence, the windshield is again shown from the outside but it looks clean as can be. Afterward, shots from the inside looking out did not reveal a major amount of dirt (if any) on the windshield as was obvious earlier.
