Continuity mistake: There is an announcer's voice speaking as the camera moves in on Team USA's first game, against Trinidad. The announcer says that Team USA is leading 6 to nothing, but you can see the scoreboard while he's talking, and it says the score is 7-0.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the apartment with Brett, Vincent closes the briefcase and leaves it on the kitchen counter. He continues to smoke until it's almost time to shoot Brett. They shoot Brett and the scene fades out to be continued later. Later we see that after shooting Brett, Vincent is focused on Marvin still in the corner having a panic attack. Jules tells Marvin to knock it off and the man comes out of the bathroom. Jules and Vincent shoot him, then Vincent chides Marvin for not telling them there was someone in the bathroom. Vincent only has his gun in his hand, no briefcase. Jules and Vincent argue about 'the miracle' and they leave. Marvin never leaves the corner until Jules tells him 'let's go'. Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when Andy Garcia is talking to Meg Ryan in the bar, the level of the beer in Meg's glass on the bar changes depending on the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Forrest goes and visits Jenny (and is introduced to his son), there is an iron on the ironing board in the background. It stands up, then down, then up. The child's artwork in the background also disappears. (01:56:25)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie when the mob guys come to the boat house to move the body, Barry the Blade shoots a raccoon with his gun which has a silencer. But, later when Reggie shoots the neighbor's alarm system with Barry's gun, it does not sound like it has a silencer anymore.
Suggested correction: The silencer fell off the gun when "the blade" tackled the kid and Reggie. They show the silencer falling off the gun into the leaves.
Continuity mistake: Stuart Sutcliffe talks in a Liverpool accent throughout the film. However, unlike the other Beatles, Sutcliffe didn't have a Liverpool accent. He was born in Scotland and raised in Lancaster. He didn't come to Liverpool until he was 16.
Continuity mistake: At the wrap party for "Bride of the Atom," when Dolores starts screaming at Ed "These movies are TERRIBLE!" her hair is curled in ringlets that hang down to the tops of her shoulders. She then stalks out of the warehouse, and Ed follows her. When he catches up to her in the parking lot, and she tells him she is leaving him, you can clearly see that her hair is suddenly much shorter and curlier.
Continuity mistake: In one scene of the movie, after Brendan Fraser and Joe Pesci have been sitting on the bridge, Fraser's cast is on one leg. Two seconds later, the cast has switched legs.
Continuity mistake: When Lestat slices the whore's wrist at the hotel, blood drips everywhere on the couch, but when she stands up in the next shot, there is no blood anywhere. (01:56:12)
Continuity mistake: The whites of Simba's eyes change frequently through the movie, from yellow to white. They're yellow up until the scene where Pumbaa, Timon, and Simba are stargazing; after that they change back and forth frequently. During the Mufasa-in-the-sky scene, when Simba asks, "How can I go back? I'm not who I used to be," they change from yellow to white and back within three frames.
Continuity mistake: The white gloves Corrina is wearing standing at the front door of her boss' house appear and disappear.
Continuity mistake: When Brooks has the knife to Heywood's throat, in one shot there is blood visible on his neck, yet in the next shot the blood is gone. (00:54:15)
Suggested correction: It was always there. But in the 3rd of 4 scenes it was significantly more visible as a bright red streak. The other 3 times it's a dark red dot near the knife point.
Continuity mistake: When Jo returns home from New York after she learns Beth is sick, she enters the room and Marmee stands up to hug her. When they hug, Marmee's arms are between them. In the next shot, they're around Jo then they switch back to being between them.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the wedding day scene when Mallory is throwing the red doll off the bridge, her nails are long and manicured, but later in the same scene you can see that they are bitten down to the quick. (00:19:55 - 00:21:50)
Continuity mistake: At the fair when Isabelle goes to give Suzanna the baby, she actually hands it to her in one shot, but in the next (a split second) Suzanne shows no sign as if the baby ever left Isabelle's hand. (01:38:24)
Continuity mistake: After Leon rescues Mathilda from the SWAT team and dodges the snipers, he shoots out a ventilation fan to make an escape route. He gets off two shots before we see the vent, but when it does we see about 7 bullet holes around the vent. Then the camera goes back to Leon as he continues firing. When the camera switches back, the holes around the vent are different. (01:27:05)
Continuity mistake: When the judge is being followed through the town of Copperfield by the two guards, the guards are driving a Ford pickup truck with a standard cab. In the first interior shot of the truck, it appears to be an extended cab truck with a gray interior. In the next interior shot (when they are about to get out), it switches back to a standard cab with a red interior.
Continuity mistake: When Guy and Dawn are in his apartment and Guy is called into the office, he puts his jacket on. His collar goes from being turned up in the back to folded down from shot to shot.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Nick Nolte is arguing in the parking lot, he unlocks his car door, but his window is rolled down in the same scene.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the film when Jack Nicholson hits the wolf, his car spins around 180 degrees in the snow, but there are no marks from the wheels in the snow when he approaches the hit wolf. (00:03:25)
