Continuity mistake: In the water tank sequence Cranston dives to the bullet holes to get air. When he dives down there is a camera shot looking up at him from the bottom of the tank showing that there is plenty of air left at the top, no doubt left there so that the actor would not drown. And; for the sealed tank to fill completely there must have been a way for air to escape rapidly from the top. When the tank was full water kept pouring in and would have escaped the same way. When Margo arrives there is no water coming off the top of the tank.
Suggested correction: The tank is to test pressure. Had water been escaping so would have Cranston.
Continuity mistake: In the bus scene, when Stallone goes on the bus the number is 9372, when he kicks the bad guy out of the window the number on the bus' side is 9369.
Continuity mistake: When Morgan is shot while playing pool he is placed on the pool table. An overhead shot shows a wide pool of blood spreading from his right side. In a subsequent shot the pool of blood is much narrower and a completely different shape.
Continuity mistake: In one scene Geena Davis is repairing Michael Keaton's car. She has dirty hands. Then her boss drives by. She talks to him with a clean face and the next shot, she has oil or something on her face.
Continuity mistake: After Jack's second horse never comes back, neither do Ben's shoes. Were they with the horse that we don't know what happened to?
Suggested correction: The shoes are purposely removed and never seen again, as is the horse, by Jack. This is mentioned by the Indian tracking them.
Continuity mistake: When Charles finally walks through the vestry door to 'face the enemy' his hair changes from rather messy to nicely combed, then to messy again when he walks through the church. (01:40:55)
Continuity mistake: When Terry and Mike are at the Captain's table on the ship the magazine photographer is seen outside on the deck leaning against a pole waiting to take a pic of Mike with a girl. The camera angle changes to Mike's view of the window looking out and the photographer is now seen looking into the window with his camera trying to avoid Mike seeing him.
Continuity mistake: When Gary Busey is breaking out of prison, there is a part where he runs into a fence and acts disappointed since he cannot get through it. However, if you watch carefully while he is running, in a split second when the fence first comes into view, you'll notice it has doors which are swung open.
Continuity mistake: When Jackson is in the meeting about the symbols, he circles the seventh symbol with a blue marker. In the next shot, look close and you can see that the blue circle around the symbol is gone. (00:18:20)
Continuity mistake: When Pepper and Sonny arrive at the warehouse on the water for the shootout, Pepper asks Sonny if he wants to lock the truck. When they come back to the truck with Shaw, they immediately open the doors even though they locked the doors earlier. (00:01:25 - 00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: In the Baskin-Robbins scene, Tim's ice cream dish goes from full to empty to full again. His spoon changes positions as well.
Continuity mistake: When Tom tells Gail he won't take part in the rafting trip and she sits down on the bed, her hair changes several times between tucked behind the ears and hanging straight in alternating shots. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: When Connor is escaping from the psychiatric ward you can clearly see the cameras running tracks on the floor.
Continuity mistake: When Natasha is shot by the robot, the shot travels right through her, like a normal bullet would. Yet in every other scene when the robots use their pulse cannons, including when Rasheed dies, the shot always causes an explosion. With Natasha, no explosion was seen or heard. (01:21:30)
Continuity mistake: When Lloyd's mother is tied to the chair, the red ribbon changes between shots. When viewed from the front, there are three wraps closely spaced near her shoulders. When seen in the close-up from behind, only one wrap is visible but there is a big space below it where the next wrap should have been.
Continuity mistake: When Peter is talking to his editor after the first time Sarina out-scoops him, he's holding a newspaper under his arm as he walks up to his editor's office. The shot switches to the editor and when it turns back to Peter the paper is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Danny DeVito is standing in line to get a new job, the lady in front of him has her hair in one style. The next scene, her hair is different.
Continuity mistake: Marcello Mastroianni is waiting for Sophia Loren sitting under Rodin's "Thinker". When she arrives you can tell from the statue's shadow that this shot was taken hours later. (01:39:25)
Continuity mistake: When the group is arriving in Moscow the plane shown during the landing is an Ilyushin Il-62, with four engines on the tail. When they exit the plane and are greeted, you can see an engine under the wing of the plane.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Dhalsim changes the programming, all the computer shots of Blanka show him with normal skin, despite that it's turned green.
