Primal Scream - S1-E13

Other mistake: Vincenzo is looking at a photo of the gorilla Kolchak took of it earlier in the episode. It is a side shot, but Kolchak took two pics when he encountered it, one frontal, and the other shot as the creature was running away from Kolchak and the authorities.

Vendetta - S1-E8

Other mistake: Before the security guard is killed, he turns around and faces the direction of the camera. He is killed, and the camera backs up to reveal 6 men standing there. The security guard would have seen the men and he had time to react to them, but did nothing. (00:32:50)

Home for the Holidays - S11-E1

Other mistake: Only one set of prints were said to be on the garrote but in the last episode of season 10 Graham handles the garrote before handing it over to the murderer without wearing gloves. So there should have been 2 sets of prints.

The Case of the Sausalito Sunrise - S9-E19

Other mistake: The owner of a Los Angeles trucking company tells a driver who is going to San Francisco, "Take the San Diego Freeway toward Bakersfield." That freeway runs from San Diego to San Fernando. It does not go toward Bakersfield.

The World Needs Heroes. Over. - S2-E9

Other mistake: The Doctor, coming up from the basement of his house, is locking both deadbolt locks using a key held in his right hand. He logically would use the same hand to put the key in his upper left pocket. Richard who is watching through binoculars uses a walkie talkie to inform both Ezra and Jules that the Doctor has put the keys in his upper left pocket. However, the next scene shows the Doctor with keys now in his left hand placing the keys in his upper right pocket. This doesn't match what Richard says he observed. (00:24:42)

Chapter Sixty-Eight: Quiz Show - S4-E11

Other mistake: Archie's uncle Frank tells Archie during an argument with him that he is 40 years old, with seven years in combat while in the military. But in a previous episode when explaining why he let Fred take the blame for his DUI, he claimed that he was a Desert Storm veteran in between tours at the time. Either the show got the wars wrong and meant to say he was an Operation Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom veteran (no actual veteran uses "Desert Storm" when referring to combat in the Middle East after 9/11) or they're saying that he was only 10-11 years old when he went to Desert Storm. Abduction - S1-E9

Other mistake: A man that has just been hypnotized forces his wife to remove a metallic quarter-sized object from the back of his neck. The man had been suffering from health problems ever since an alleged alien abduction. He stated that he had been seen by many doctors but none could figure out what was wrong. A quarter-sized metallic object beneath the skin of the back of his neck protruding as a bump, and no doctor ever saw it? Highly improbable. (00:31:20)

Who Burned Mr. Brinker's Store?: Part 1 - S1-E6

Other mistake: The arson investigators name Jamal as the main suspect in setting fire to the store, because the security camera caught him sliding something through the front door mail-slot. Any arson expert would immediately know that it wasn't Jamal that started the fire, as the fire's point of origin was in the back of store, and was also entirely contained there, and Jamal was not only nowhere near the back of the store, but was also outside.

We Weren't Supposed to Be Awake - S1-E4

Other mistake: Alicia puts the vials with the protein in a centrifuge, supposedly in order to mix them. When she's done, she takes a vial and shakes it to make sure it's mixed evenly. However, a centrifuge separates solutions into their ingredients, not mixes them. (00:34:00)

No Quarter - S1-E4

Other mistake: In this episode one of the characters is seen to be driving a VW Golf. The scene is set in Geneva Switzerland. However an American spec VW Golf is used. Also in backround shots, American vehicles not avalible in Europe are seen. Another scene shows the police race past in two Skoda Rapides. This car has not been made since the early 90's and it is highly unlikely that the Swiss Police would be using these cars still. The shot is an old video that appears to have been shot in an Eastern European country.

Season 1 generally

Other mistake: In modern time Natalie Vasquez dies in episode 13 and her character is just discontinued. In flashbacks after that episode she's never seen again. She's not even seen at the graduation day of the trainees, but we see her at the Grand Central bombing, which supposedly happened just days after the trainees became agents.

NCIS: Los Angeles picture

Show generally

Other mistake: It is said G. Callen has lived in 37 foster homes between the ages 5 and 18, the longest ever having stayed in one is 3 months. 5-18 is 13 years, meaning even if he had lived 3 months in EVERY foster home, it'd have to be a minimum of 52 foster homes. Since 3 months was the longest, it is logical that the others were shorter therefore the number would have had to be much higher.

Suggested correction: It was never said he spent every day from age 5-18 in a foster home. He was returned to social services after every failed family and likely had to rot there until another family was assigned. He also had several stints in juvi. So the 37 foster homes within 13 years isn't necessarily a mistake.

Luther picture

Episode #1.5 - S1-E5

Other mistake: Ian is pointing a gun at Luther in the hotel. The maid starts to open the door from an adjoining room (roughly 4 meters away). Ian starts firing at the door, and Luther falls over on the spot he is standing on. Half a second later, Luther is through the door pushing the maid to the floor. What about the hail of bullets he must have had to go through to get to the door? (00:47:00)
