Other mistake: Duke is checking old copies of the Haven Herald around the time of Lucy (27 years ago). A headline on the one he's reading is about Lucy's disappearance. A moment later, he's reading a story about a meteor shower that occurs every 27 years; but the text we can see states that it just happened, and refers to dates in 2010 (having just happened, not '27 years from now'). This paper is supposed to be a 1983 edition. Also there is fake Latin 'filler text' printed in some columns.
Suggested correction: Lucy's disappearance is at the top of the newspaper and the hunter storm is at the bottom of the same page. Also, the paper predicts the next storm to occur. Just like how we know when to expect the next lunar eclipse or the next meteor shower, so I don't see how this is a mistake.
It's not a prediction of events to come, it's an article telling about the recent event, which states it was seen on the morning of the October 21, 2010. It even compares the 2010 shower to a previous shower that occurred in 2009. The mistake is valid.
Other mistake: The recap of Episode 4.1 has a scene that hasn't been shown until episode 4.2 or 4.3 where the FBI neighbor gets hold of Jennings in his garage to confront him on his alleged affair with his wife. The similar issue with another episode is seen in episode 3.12 or 3.13. (01:00:00)
Other mistake: When we first see Gordon aboard his jet, the shot of the jet from the outside is a flipped shot. Note the lettering on the right engine.
Other mistake: When the interviewer asks the girl what she was doing March 15th, 2016, she says she was shopping. However when the receipts are shown they say 05/15/2016. (00:10:50)
Funeral at Fifty-Mile - S1-E22
Other mistake: It's a clear day not a stormy night as it should be when showing the barn in the flashback. Look closely and you can see a clear sky through the barn walls cracks.
Other mistake: When Scooby is eating the hot dogs at the "Hotus Dogus" stand, his tail goes transparent.
Cheatty Cheatty Bang Bang - S2-E3
Other mistake: When Beaver takes the iPod/camera, the pictures are left on Veronica's laptop. This would only be possible if the pictures were copied onto the computer. It would have taken a considerable amount of time for all of the two thousand photos to be copied. There is the possibility that Beaver copied the three or so photos of Logan, but considering his anger, that's hardly something that he would take the time to do.
Just a Matter of Time - S5-E13
Other mistake: In reality, Steve would radio in from the capsule as soon as he woke up on Earth, but strangely failed to do so until later in the episode.
Other mistake: Laura is in the security control room of the plant, and finds a Master Lock Console screen; she sees it has Biometric Scan access and comments to Rich "It's not a retina scanner. It works on biometrics." She then brings up a photo ID of an employee on the monitor, lifts up the scanner and places it against the monitor, to get access. Firstly, retinal scans ARE biometric. She should have said "It's not an iris scanner," which requires a physical eyeball to scan. Secondly, no monitor from the 2005 period would be high-resolution enough to fool a biometric scanner. Voices Carry - S2-E2
Other mistake: The rear windshield of the car was supposedly shot out, but you can see the defroster lines on the intact rear windshield. When the truck comes up behind them with their high beams on, the driver keeps looking into a non-existent rear view mirror as if they are blinding him. (00:12:45)
Other mistake: Beck sometimes calls the safe breaker Harry and sometimes Malcolm, which is correct?
Suggested correction: His name is Harry Markham. He doesn't say Malcom.
Other mistake: Nick pronounces the plastic surgeon's name as "Yergen" in one scene and as "Jergen" in the next. At the end, she becomes Dr. "Yergen" again. (00:29:40 - 00:31:10)
Other mistake: Nefertiri has been buried for almost 2000 years, yet speaks perfect modern English.
Other mistake: The T.V. begins to work and you see a Chinese man with a map of the United States behind him. The cities that were destroyed were bulls-eyed on the map. Wichita was not bulls-eyed on the map, but Emily seconds later is crying in a car saying that her fiancee is dead because Wichita had been hit and she "saw it on the map."
Other mistake: Mace's chest camera sends images from impossible angles - including several that include Mace himself. At the end, his superiors watch him from a camera that's obviously mounted in a tree and not on his person. Yet when Mace smashes his chest camera, the transmission goes dead anyway. (00:48:00)
Other mistake: Veteran actor Elisha Cook's name is misspelled "Elisa Cook" in the opening credits. (00:01:00)
All the Time in the World - S4-E19
Other mistake: Charlotte enters the Duchess' bedroom, walks past Pete & Myka, with her hand behind her back, hiding something. She stands in front of them, trained security people; neither of them notice the gun in her hand (which is visible to the camera, so it is not hidden via artifact), before she shoots her husband.
Other mistake: When Neil is in prison and has time on his hands, he puts pieces together that were shredded. Neil's name in the file is CAFFERTY, not CAFFERY. Also, in the same scene, the words "e've" can be seen with the W missing. Yet, later on, when Neil shows Burke the final photocopied piece, the W that wasn't there is now visible.
Other mistake: On the W.A.A.K. Bloggers internet page, it says she has 9 children. It lists how each child helps in the family but talks about what 10 children do, not 9. Veronica age 14, Cynthia age 13, John age 12, Kayla age 10, Matthew age 7, Elizabeth age 6, Caroline, Mickey, Rachel age 4, and Susie. (00:08:11)
Camp Redwood - S9-E1
Other mistake: When the group enters the infirmary, none of them are soaked from the downpour of rain happening outside.
