Don't Fool With a Phantom - S2-E8
Other mistake: When the wax phantom appears behind Scooby and Shaggy the man who supposedly is impersonating him in the suit is in clear sight directly behind Fred Daphne and Velma.
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, the date on the security camera is 29/11/2020, 1:30 am. Later when the policeman checks his phone, it's 30/11, meaning that Pellegrini waited to contact him more than a day. In episode 2, Assane's phone showed the date as Tuesday 27th Oct (timecode around 00:16:30), which would mean if true that they investigated for over a month without discussing with the commissioner the basic details, which of course is impossible. Good Night, Dear Heart - November 9, 1957 - S2-E17
Other mistake: Sam opens Hila's diary to a page. The translated voice-over mentions the 4th of July, America's independence and how she met someone with whom she could fall in love etc... The actual text on the pages mentions only the "Beginning of July" and how "3 bears and a zebra were born in the zoo. "Anton" was there and told her about it. His entire family was there and had a lot of fun." The right-hand page mentions how they had a wonderful day visiting the castle at Chiemsee where they had lunch. (00:21:02)
Other mistake: When Carrie leaves through the tunnel to the street, when she comes out of the store there's a shot of 2 people kinda looking at her. That shot was horizontally flipped - look at the sign on the door. (00:34:05)
Heart of Ice - S1-E3
Other mistake: When Batman is watching the security footage of Victor Fries' accident, at first Fries is addressing the camera directly which follows him and pans according to his movements and Ferris Boyle interrupting him, which would suggest a second person was in the room with a handheld camera. But after Ferris Boyle enters the room and orders Fries' experiment terminated, there are several cuts from various angles in the room suggesting surveillance cameras. The surveillance style footage also often conveniently cuts to the face of whichever person happens to be speaking or will cut to a certain angle in order to put emphasis on the action, all of which would require multiple mounted cameras and purposeful editing by either Boyle or one of his subordinates, which would be completely illogical since they don't want anyone to see the footage in the first place. Other mistake: In the hall during the Spring Fling Dance, Bryce reminds Justin of the night before Freshman Year when they stayed up all night talking about being kings of the school. This doesn't make sense considering Justin is then a Junior while Bryce is a Senior. Bryce does however end up in the same year as Justin when he transfer to Hillcrest for Spring Semester and goes in as a Junior. (00:52:48)
Other mistake: In one of the final scenes, Bruce is talking to his father and everyone in the church is "frozen" in a vision. Watch carefully and you can see some people moving slightly.
Other mistake: In the beginning when Kali and her gang are running from the police in Pittsburgh and she "collapses" the tunnel, her 008 tattoo is shown this way so we can read it as such, but it should in fact be read 800 to be the correct way. (00:03:15)
Other mistake: Carrie the assistant brings Lisbon and Jane to Stutzer's office. She swipes her card to open the door. However, she does this upside down, swiping the bar-code instead of the black magnetic strip, on which she is holding. (00:09:30)
Other mistake: Throughout the whole show there are several shots of submarines, aircraft carrier landings, chopper flights that are exactly the same in different episodes.
Other mistake: Guest star Eric Stoltz is credited as Eric Stolitz.
Kingdom Come - S1-E6
Other mistake: At the start of chapter 12 in the episode "Kingdom Come," Frank returns home via taxi. In front of his house in Seattle, WA, there is a blonde woman walking a Rottweiler dog. This same blonde and Rottweiler can be seen walking by the crime scene in San Francisco in the "Gehenna" episode.
Other mistake: In the guest star credits, Shelly Cole's given name is misspelled "Sherry."
Misgivings - S4-E10
Other mistake: When Chris and Snoop go to kill Bug's dad, they have their high powered nail gun once again, even after previously throwing it in the marsh with the guns. Bought a new one? Not likely as the reason for throwing it away in the first place was because the cop saw it. Buying an identical one would defeat the purpose of ditching it. (00:55:50)
The Legend of the Lost - S2-E4
Other mistake: When the bad guy at the start of the episode runs to chase Sydney and Nigel, his foot kicks the side of the large stone lid which cause it to lift up. If this large piece of stone was real stone it would not have moved at all from being nudged by a foot.
Provenance - S1-E19
Other mistake: In the scene where Sam, Dean and Sarah go to compare the painting to the earlier photo of it, Dean, noticing the changed position of the razor, says, "Jared, check it out." He is speaking to the character Sam. The actor's name is Jared. [Confirmed in cast interviews].
Other mistake: The wolf is accused of killing two officers, but they were only tased.
Suggested correction: "The wolf is accused of killing two officers, but they were only tased." It's actually he killed the 2 men not the officers thy were talking about the 2 men he had to help him.
Other mistake: At the end, when Siegfried is about to shoot Max, if you look in the chambers of his gun, there's no bullets in there. So Siegfried is going to kill Max with a puff of air.
Other mistake: In the newscast at the beginning of the episode, they incorrectly broadcast Robert Queen's birth date as 1948. They use the correct date in Episode 2 when it is shown as 1958 on his gravestone. (00:02:25)
The Case of the Sausalito Sunrise - S9-E19
Other mistake: The owner of a Los Angeles trucking company tells a driver who is going to San Francisco, "Take the San Diego Freeway toward Bakersfield." That freeway runs from San Diego to San Fernando. It does not go toward Bakersfield.
