Continuity mistake: When Max is phoning the Chief to let him know the mission's been accomplished, he takes the oars out of the oarlocks before opening his shoephone. The oars change from being out of the oarlocks in the closeups to still being in the water in the long shots for the rest of the episode. (00:23:50 - 00:24:30)
School Days - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Max is walking around the school grounds he walks up to man breaking a piece of wood. The man breaks a piece of wood and then bends down to pick up a new piece, leaving one on the ground. The shot changes and Max is standing there talking and the man breaks the piece of wood and bends down to pick up another one (which should be the last piece). However there is another piece left on the ground.
School Days - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: When Max is being attacked with throwing knives, one is thrown into the closet door. Watch closely; the wire used to guide the knife is visible.
Continuity mistake: When the owner of the shop is vaporized, at first his hands are both in front of him. The shot changes and now one arm is instantly thrown back behind him.
Other mistake: At the end, when Siegfried is about to shoot Max, if you look in the chambers of his gun, there's no bullets in there. So Siegfried is going to kill Max with a puff of air.
Continuity mistake: At the end when Max is receiving his award, he accidentally immobilises everyone in the room. The chief changes position in every shot, despite being immobilised.
Continuity mistake: When Max is attacking the boat there is a shot from inside the cabin. Watch the door. Before Max shoots, there are a series of holes in the shade covering the door (they look like bullet holes). Max begins firing and there is another shot from inside and bullet holes begin appearing in the walls. The holes in the shade however, are gone.
Continuity mistake: When Max brings the coffee to the doctor's office, his suit is dark blue. After the opening credits he has no time to change, so how come his suit becomes dark gray?
Suggested correction: After watching the scenes, his suit never changes color. It's always a dark grey, never dark blue.
Factual error: In this episode, Max is wrongly convicted of murder in the first degree. However, first degree murder is actually pre-planned murder. As revealed earlier when the Max impostor holds up the bank, his partner compliments him on killing the guard as though it was a spontaneous decision. As the court does not know whether killing the guard was part of the plan, it was most likely that Max would be convicted of second-degree (intentional, but not pre-planned) murder.
Continuity mistake: For some inexplicable reason, at one point, both teams have the same coloured vest. At other times, the Iron Curtain Team's vests are maroon.
Revealing mistake: When Hymie is investigating the unconscious man in the shower, for some the reason the man is wearing underpants even though he is in a shower. Evidently for modesty.
Revealing mistake: When Purvis is about to go onto the field, it cuts to a close up of Purvis' face and you can actually see folds in the fake sky behind Purvis.
Other mistake: The announcer says that the competitors have to run a mile in seven laps. When Hymie begins running, it is clear that the track is way too long for seven laps to qualify as a mile. Maybe it qualifies as 4 miles, perhaps.
Factual error: In several shots in the mile run, Hymie is in the same lane as the Iron Curtain runners, which is illegal and results in disqualification.
Continuity mistake: In the episode, first Siegfried states that he was contacted in his apartment by Mr Pfister. Later, when talking to Max and 99, he states that Pfister stopped him in the street and asked him.
Other mistake: There are several shots of the carrier pigeon flying home from the group of agents, but in those shots it is not a pigeon. Pigeons do not have wings that big.
Deliberate mistake: Pfister states that there are two minutes until he destroys the world, but when he begins preparing, if you use a stopwatch, two minutes never pass, the clock that Pfister reads from is just exceptionally fast.
Continuity mistake: In the first shot on the rooftop, Pfister is wearing thick glasses on his head. In all the other shots, he has no glasses with no time to remove them.
Other mistake: Siegfried pulls out a pigeon and says that it is going to the Pentagon, but if you see his position compared to an earlier shot of the cages, he pulls out the one that is going to London.
