Continuity mistake: After spotting Lagertha's boats, Torvi points at the boats and lowers her pointing arm. Another shot later and she is still pointing and lowers her arm again.
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the episode she picks up her phone but the screen shows the incoming call still coming through, and the screen doesn't go dark when she puts it to her ear. (00:29:30)
Continuity mistake: Miguel kicks and breaks a staircase railing during the school brawl. For a second it cuts to Robby. When it cuts back to Miguel, the railing is fixed.
Factual error: Alice and Kate's little reunion underwater is disrupted by policemen that fire at them, and one of the shots reaches the transport truck, ignites it and makes it explode. The scene is baffling; forgetting the complete disregard for fellow policemen in the vehicle, how would bullets have enough strength to penetrate into an armored truck deep underwater, reach a critical weak point from that angle (the truck is upright, they should be barely get to shoot the roof of it) and still underwater cause inside the completely immersed vehicle a spark that would ignite fuel and make the whole truck explode? Darkness and Light: Part 1 - S1-E11
Plot hole: When Hulk and Banner have been physically separated by the nutrient bath, they are both wearing tattered pants. Given that Hulk and Banner were previously occupying the same body, this should not be possible. Hulk was the one that went into the nutrient bath, so if Banner's body was separated from Hulk, then Banner should be naked.
Suggested correction: It was done deliberately as a form of censorship. They didn't want to show Bruce's genitals.
Explaining why the mistake occurred doesn't invalidate it. Unless you're suggesting the nutrient bath also was able to duplicate the pants.
You realise a character can be drawn naked without actually showing their genitals (and/or breasts in the case of women), right? The Little Mermaid is a good example of this.
Clash of the Megazords - S1-E29
Other mistake: When TJ goes to get the Phantom Ranger's ruby, he is standing on top of the battery pack on the Turbo Megazord. There are no other places for him to stand. After he destroys and knocks off the battery pack, in the next shot he is still standing in the same place, but there is nothing for him to stand on.
Other mistake: Player 061 was female. But an eliminated photo showed a male participant with the same number.
Clash!! Sonic VS Knuckles - S1-E5
Revealing mistake: Right at the end of the episode, when Amy is telling Knuckles he should apologize, Amy has two right hands.
The Ghost of General Lee - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys from Sweetwater county try to steal Boss' safe, you see them pushing it up a ramp into the pickup truck. But in the next shot, when Daisy calls the operator, the safe is in the corner. And when Bo and Luke go to untie Daisy, the safe is gone.
Sasuke and Sakura: Friends or Foes? - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Naruto and Sasuke accidentally kiss, Naruto's whiskers are gone.
The Quadripartite Affair - S1-E3
Plot hole: Solo blows open the ceiling vent of Illya and Marion's cell, and she stands on Illya's shoulders until Solo can reach her and pull her out. This leaves Illya with nothing/no one to stand on, no way to reach the vent and no apparent way out of the cell. But he's out just the same in the next scene, with no explanation as to how. (00:42:40)
Factual error: In the episode where Sydney is supposed to be in Helsinki, there are visible skyscrapers in the background. There are no skyscrapers in Helsinki.
Other mistake: The battle droids - including the commando droids featured here - habitually have two broad fingers and a thumb. So how can a commando droid squeeze itself completely into clone trooper armor without its broad fingers tearing open the gloves, since it can't separate its fingers?
Saga of a Star World (1) - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Baltar turns to face the two setting suns, we see the lower one at the left has what could be a boat in its reflection on the water. The higher one on the right is over a mountainous area on the horizon. The next shot is of Baltar in close-up, then the next returns to the horizon to show us Baltar's view, which shows just ONE setting sun. The one on the left has vanished though there is room enough for it to have been seen in this shot. (00:40:15)
Factual error: The verse Octavia recites is from Virgilius' poem "the Aeneid". That poem was written at least a quarter of a decade after the death of Caesar.
Visible crew/equipment: Approximately 29 minutes and 10 seconds into this episode, right after Sinclair clasps hands with "The One", Garibaldi and Sinclair are on the ground. In the upper right corner of the shot there is a grip with a red baseball cap and red and white shirt on. He has long hair and spiffy glasses.
Continuity mistake: When Anakin prepares for take-off, C-3PO and R2 can be seen standing right by his fighter. But as he takes off, they can suddenly be seen standing by Padmé - several floors above.
Continuity mistake: All shots of the Jeep Cherokee prior to it crashing (and during the process of flipping over) show that it wears factory-optional silver steel wheels of a 'star' style. But as the wreck settles upside-down, it's wearing plain steel wheels (like those found under full wheel covers or on a spare tire).
The Leap Home (1) - November 25, 1969 - S3-E1
Factual error: The Post Raisin Bran cereal box sitting on the Beckett family breakfast table in 1969 has a 1990s box design. (00:18:00)
Revealing mistake: Throughout numerous episodes while the team is supposed to be driving the van, the gear selector can be seen in the "park" position.
