Continuity mistake: When Trish is talking to Jess on the phone, she pours herself a glass of water and places the bottle of water down to her left. In a brief shot just before her nose starts to bleed, the bottle is suddenly to her right, and then back to her left. (00:45:25)

Other mistake: After Jessica Jones snaps back to reality from her flashbacks as a teenager in the bathroom with the broken marble sink, she receives a text message on her phone from an unknown number. The word "unknown" on the message heading is misspelled. (00:24:00)
A.K.A I Have No Spleen - S3-E3
Visible crew/equipment: Jeri Hogarth and her ex Kith Lyonne are alone in Hogarth's apartment. Lyonne takes her cello and walks across the room. The next shot is of Jeri. To Jeri's right, a crew member is crouching in the shadows behind the room divider. As the shot continues, the crew members stands up. (00:38:30)
Continuity mistake: As Jessica rips the phone receiver off, in the background Luke can be seen already breaking the bottle and punching the guy as he is shown doing later. If you think this can be somehow justified as an editing trick to show something happening simultaneously, it's not: Jessica witnesses the jealous husband breaking a bottle on Luke's head, but in similar fashion when she has to turn and dodge the punch of the guy who calls her a "psycho", there it is, the bottle-breaking bit happening in the background, behind her. Continuity mistake: Jessica is sorting the material for her investigation: when you see her lay down on the table a paper with a yellow sticker on top, look at her reach for the glass. On the table now in front of her there's a pile of pictures just as the scene started. Back to the overhead shot, and papers and pictures are arranged again neatly, including the yellow post-it. Continuity mistake: Jessica at the beginning of the episode smashes her aggressive client head first through her door's glass panel. The pictures she took for him are shown slowly floating in the air. However in the close-up of the floor, the shattered glass is all scattered on top of the pictures. (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: When Jessica tells Trish "I was never the hero you wanted me to be" you can see in the foreground Trish's back. When she turns around after saying "I'll get your money", hair is under her scarf that was not poking out before. (00:40:20)
Continuity mistake: When the first body collapses out of the elevator, there's a distinct streak of blood coming out of the mouth and no hand touching the bloodied chest. In the rest of the scene the cheek is clean and the hand is on the chest. (00:49:25)
Continuity mistake: From the time when we see the clock at Hope's bedside displaying 7:32, to the time when the clock is again as she resists her carrying her out of the room, more than a minute elapses, but the display is still at 7:32. (00:44:00 - 00:45:15)
Continuity mistake: Jessica's clients are in her office. In the reverse shot when the wife yells "Stop with the damn door, Bob!", she puts her left hand on the armrest, but it's back where it was (on the bag) right at the cut. (00:13:50)
Continuity mistake: When Jessica moves to the door on the driver's side to give Spheeris the subpoena, she unfolds it, but can be seen in the foreground repeating the action in the following close-up on him. (00:18:00)
Continuity mistake: Luke pours Jessica the double for the last call. He's done with it and pulls his arm back, but in the next shot, he is still just finishing pouring again. (00:23:20)
Continuity mistake: During the interrogation at the beginning of the episode, the blue folder frequently changes position between shots. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: Jessica walks away from Spheeris holding her cell phone in her right, then in her left. (00:18:40)
Factual error: Jessica receives a call from a prisoner at a State Institution. It shows up on her cell phone as "Unknown." All calls from prisoners are collect calls, and the receiver is asked if they will accept the charges. (00:41:20)
Character mistake: Jessica is looking at a bank statement on the computer. "Withdrawal" is misspelled as "withdrawl." (00:15:45)

Character mistake: Jeri asks Kith what an open marriage is. She's a sexually promiscuous experienced New York lawyer, middle aged...there's zero chance she needs that defined for her.

Revealing mistake: When Jessica has Malcolm handcuffed in the bathroom and he says he is useless, he slides the handcuffs down the pipe and they come open.
AKA Take a Bloody Number - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Jessica is following the suspected courier, the people in the background change in various shots. For example, when he's walking down the covered walkway (after we see the juggler), there's a guy jogging behind him. But in the next shot the guy is no where to be seen.
