Continuity mistake: When Ruben offers Jessica the banana bread, the bread is wrapped in plastic, but not the plate. In the next shot, the plastic wrap is covering the bread and plate.

Continuity mistake: The way the blanket that Trish puts on Jessica covers her changes depending on the camera angle.
Continuity mistake: The man Jessica chases who is expecting an Xbox One hops into a taxi after hailing it, with white New York license plates reading 9X50 (matching the cab number). The next scene, the license plate changes entirely to the modern, orange New York plate and does not read 9X50 anymore. The cab number is still 9X50. (00:35:05)

Factual error: Trish knocks the bad guy into the pool - he sinks to the bottom where Erik can conveniently grab the knife and cut himself free. But bodies don't sink - he should be floating on the surface, still out of reach.
Suggested correction: Unless he'd exhaled before falling in the water, then he'd sink.
Overweight people usually float. Thin people and heavily muscled people sink.
AKA Take a Bloody Number - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: Late in the episode Luke tosses two police officers onto the hood of their cruiser and they wind up lifeless on the ground near the front of the car. In one of the following wide angle scenes during the fight between Luke and Jessica the bodies have disappeared. They reappear in another shot showing the front of the car.
