Second Time - S2-E13
Character mistake: When Kiera is begging one of the Freelancers to send her back she says she could "prevent Liber8 from ever coming to 2077." She should have either said "coming to 2012" or "leaving 2077."
Character mistake: There is a spelling error in the newspaper that Sakurako Sawatari is reading in one episode: the word, "admits" is spelled "adwits." (00:01:00)
Character mistake: The team is using names of cities in Puerto Rico to show progress on their mission. Condado and Arecibo are misspelled. (00:04:00)
Character mistake: Considering she was wearing heeled boots, Ms. Underwood should have either taken her shoes off or at least have had a carpet provided to her if she was going to sing on the competition mat, as her shoes could have torn it. Other than emergency medical professionals, anyone who is going to step on the mat should remove their footwear.
Parenthood - S4-E10
Character mistake: Chimney tells Mrs. Lee, "Eddie and I are managing OK," but he should have said "Maddie and I..."
Character mistake: The man with the camel can't help staring at the camera all the time.
Character mistake: Shaun says that the underground facility is "built like a bunker", but the single missile they dodged just created a huge hole a moment earlier. (00:11:40)
Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Character mistake: Zenigata uncovers Elena's arm saying he noticed the mark when she was fighting "those guys previously." Which guys? Her assailant was just one dude. (00:13:40)
Coming Home - S1-E13
Character mistake: Kamaria Ray thinks back of her son shooting at the Zeon troopers with a mental image that is wrong; Amuro was not shooting from the bed, but from the door. (00:15:20 - 00:19:20)
Character mistake: Throughout the series, General Ross refers to Gabe Jones as Gabriel. Someone of Ross' military credentials would not address another government agent by their first name. He would call him Agent Jones or simply Jones.
Character mistake: No referee in wrestling would allow a double team to occur without either trying to break it up or counting to five. Yet here he allows The Golden Girls to do so twice.
Wax Doll Castle Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E8
Character mistake: Hajime's proposed solution is obviously wrong, but not for the reason they mention; the 'killer' could never clean themselves up completely and effortlessly in such a short time from the soot.
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Character mistake: During Lucky's initial display of power at the gates of the settlement, he fires a cannon shot at the building and shouts (in the English dub) "How do you like that? Bullseye." There's a view of the building and you can read the horseshoe sign; "Evergreen SHOPING Mall." (00:07:15)
Character mistake: At the police station, he refers to the officer as Sergeant Diaz, and on his way out he says, "Thank you, Lieutenant." The officer has no rank on his uniform.
Character mistake: The episode opens showing "The LLUSTRATED morning " newspaper. Yes, it is missing the letter "i." (00:00:15)
Character mistake: When the gang is watering the horses, Chris walks over to meet Mary's man friend (whom she introduces as an old friend of the family) and the mystery man tells Chris that he'd proposed to Mary long before 'Frank' when Mary's late husband was Steve.
Character mistake: Bruce and Alfred play a short game of chess, after which Alfred remarks, "I don't know why we bother playing this game - you never lose." The problem is, Alfred moved into a position wherein Bruce could take his king; this is called "moving into check" and is not allowed in chess.
Character mistake: In s01e08, "Q and A", Yelena moves her bishop to B6. The announcer says that's going to win it (the game gets interrupted at this point). However, that move does not put the computer (her opponent) into checkmate, it doesn't even put it into check. Her bishop is on a dark square and the computer's king is on a white square.
Character mistake: When Shikata disappears after she loses her powers, Peter drops the sword and he, Mary Jane and two pedestrians behind them are shown looking in the direction that Shikata was just standing in. A third pedestrian, standing to the left of the shot, can be seen but is looking in a completely different direction to the others. (00:18:37)
