Best thriller movie other mistakes of all time
Other mistake: At the carnival, you can see an African-American man staring at the camera for a while. I am unsure if he is a crew-member watching over the scene, or if he is just an extra trying to get onscreen.
Other mistake: When Somerset goes back to the man's house alone, he cuts a sticker on the door with his switch-blade to get in. The first error is the sticker is on the inside and it says "Keep Out." The best part about it is the door opens inward. How did they put the sticker on the inside and then exit?
Other mistake: When Ray pulls up to Mary Ann's home, the front exterior layout and dimensions of the house are evident, from its near center front door to the two car garage, in front of Ray's van. The side exterior wall contains two large garage doors, which are about 35-40 ft from the location of the front door, with no small basement windows at ground level; inside, beside the front door, the stairs that lead to the basement run parallel just under the stairs in the foyer. In the basement, the small windows on the far end of the furnace room they run into are only about 20 ft from the basement stairs. Not only are the small windows non-existent in the exterior shot, but it's entirely impossible for two small windows to be where they are, considering the exterior footage of the house.
Other mistake: When Jameson is flipping the pictures of Peter's first batch of photographs, you can see (in slow motion or if you have really good vision) that the 3rd picture he looks at changes into an entirely new photograph, when he puts it down. The one he's looking at is Spider-Man on the side of a building, but when it's on the desk it's Spider-Man kicking a thug in the face. The one he then looks at changes too - it was about to have a bit of sky on the left, but then turns into a photo of a street from above, with no sky visible.
Other mistake: When Darry is in the basement under the church, Darry is laying on the floor surrounded by a circle of sunlight appearing through the pipe. Then follows a series of cuts between Trish at the open end of the pipe, and Darry. Why do we not see a silhouette of Trish on the floor rather than a perfect circle of light?
Other mistake: During the final Ice Palace action sequence, as Bond is getting into his Aston Martin just prior to his 'automotive duel', he crouches beside the invisible car in order to minimize himself as a target as he tried to locate the handle to open the door. The explanation given by "Q" was that tiny cameras on each side projects what's on the other side. Despite crouching behind his car, he still would have been visible on the other side.
Other mistake: When Marcus, Kyle and Star are at the petrol station, a flying HK and the giant Harvester robot are able to appear just outside without making any kind of sound. In every other scene of the Harvester and the HKs however, they both make an incredible amount of noise.
Other mistake: During the scene where the Japanese are being rounded up and taken to the Internment Camp, the camera is panning over the crowds of people walking down the street. Half way through this scene, there is a woman and a little girl, who seems to be carrying a stuffed Elmo! I rewound the tape several times to get a better look, but it looks a LOT like a furry red stuffed animal with white googly eyes! Has anyone else noticed this?
Other mistake: In the slaughterhouse scene, after Harrigan has injured the Predator with his shotgun and Keyes reappears, the Predator throws its disc, and severs Keyes in half at the waist. We see his legs flop to the ground, and blood pour from above, but his upper half (torso, backpack and weaponry) mysteriously remain hovering out of sight.
Other mistake: At 1:39:14 the bomb arms, 32 seconds later at 1:39:46 (two seconds after it should have blown up) Dan and Molly jump from the helicopter. Then 10 secs later at 1:39:56, the plane FINALLY blows up after giving them those extra 12 secs to jump and conveniently make it to the pool below.
Other mistake: At one stage the Angels speak with each other in a different language, so that the people sitting next to them wouldn't understand. Having listened to it for a few times, I realized it was Finnish. Funny though, the thing they actually said there (in Finnish), was totally different than the written translation.
Other mistake: After Michael kills Laurie at the beginning, he hands the knife to the inmate with the clown mask. The next kill is the cameraman for which he uses the tripod ends. A few scenes later they show Michael standing holding a knife with fresh blood on it. He hasn't killed anybody with this knife yet so where did the blood come from?
Other mistake: In Saw II, Jigsaw shares a story with Detective Matthews about how he attempted suicide after his cancer diagnosis by driving his car off a cliff. We then see Jigsaw pulling a metal rod out of the left side of his stomach. However, no puncture wound/scarring is visible on Jigsaw's stomach when his autopsy is being performed.
Other mistake: During the first battle between the Medjai and the Anubis warriors there is a part when all of the Anubis warriors start to get killed off. You can see a Medjai jog across the bottom of the screen from right to left with his sword held out. He runs into an Anubis warrior at the bottom left hand side of the screen and he turns to sand. It's obvious that the guy wasn't doing anything and they just edited in a warrior and had him destroyed. You can tell that the direction for these guys was, "Just run across the screen like you're in battle." Some of the guys are real animated and jump and hack, this guy just looks like he's taking a leisurely jog. He doesn't even swing his arm.
Other mistake: The video stream displayed in the night sky showing which tributes have died after the first day does not add up correctly. They display in district order. We see the start, the girl from three (so the boy is still alive), and the boy from four with no breaks. Then they break away to show Katniss and the control room, after which they continuously show the boy and girl from seven, the boy from eight (so the girl is still alive), the girl from nine (so the boy is still alive), and then fade to the end. We know that Foxface, the girl from five, dies later in the movie. Even if we assume that during the portion not shown, the girl from four, the boy from five, and both tributes from six are dead, that's only a total of ten. Thirteen are supposed to be dead at that point in the movie.
Other mistake: Near the beginning of the movie, Milla Jovovich reads a note that has been left on the desk. She didn't write it, as they demonstrate in the film. However, when they do show the person who wrote the note composing it, the handwriting is different from that in the note from the earlier scene.
