Visible crew/equipment: In one shot at the end, when all the surrogates fall to the ground, you can see a few crew members (one with a white megaphone) standing in the street in the upper left corner. (01:19:55)

Other mistake: When He-Man is fighting against the centurions on the floating disks, he tells the others to get inside a building. As he opens the door to the building, not only does it fall right off the hinges, but his sword also falls right off his back, pulling his cape off with it just as the scene ends. (01:09:20)
Continuity mistake: Just before we see Johnny fall off the bridge we see a shot of him speeding past some roadblocks. Look at the size of Johnny compared to the roadblocks. They are practically bigger then him. This was obviously a small replica robot filmed with the camera on the ground, to give off the impression it was the real thing. (00:20:45)
Revealing mistake: When the plane first lands at Bangor airport, the words 'American Pride' on the plane are reversed, like they are reflected in a mirror in one shot as its wheels hits the runway. (00:50:55)
Continuity mistake: Aeon pushes Freya onto a table as they fight, and knocks over a lamp. In the next shot the lamp's upright.
Continuity mistake: After Jonathan saves the baby from the car he goes to the funeral. In the funeral he starts talking to the baby's father and while they are talking you see a bald man with glasses pass by and glance at the baby and then in another scene you see the same bald guy pass again. Continuity mistake: In the scene on top of the drill, Kirk falls off the edge. When Sulu helps him up, he's holding onto the platform with his right hand and being helped up by his left, but in one shot he's holding on with his left hand, and being lifted up by his right. (00:57:25)
Continuity mistake: Something weird happens as the sheriff rolls under the closing gate. She's holding a shotgun before she drops to the floor, rolls under with empty hands (seen from both sides), and as she stands up she's got it back. What's weird is that her dropping and rolling is one continuous shot, so she must have deliberately thrown the gun offscreen as she fell to help her fit through the narrow gap. She doesn't throw it through the gap - we'd be able to see it on the other side. (01:02:40)
Revealing mistake: On each of Sky Captain's hangar doors, the windows are broken in the exact same places, indicating the same window rendering was simply duplicated to make the others. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: After Mouse snipes the cup from an enemy solder's hand to cause a diversion, Duke and Roadblock rush off and get into a fight with two other Asian solders. Roadblock pins one against a vehicle and pounds his face with his heat gloved hands. The solder's hat comes off, but in the next shot it is on again. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: When Ken Wheatley is pointing his tranquilizer gun at Zia after he shot Owen, he puts the gun in his left hand and uses his right hand to wave his men down, but mid wave, the camera cuts to a different angle and he is waving with his left hand while holding the gun in his right hand. Continuity mistake: When Carolyn first enters David's room at NASA headquarters, she introduces R.A.L.F. Between shots, David wraps both arms around his knees. (00:30:35)
Continuity mistake: After Danny gets mad at Walter for catching the ball that his Dad threw for him, he throws his glove down on the floor and runs inside. In the next shot the glove is in a different location.
