Continuity mistake: The photo of Cleric Partridge with Mary O'Brien is crumpled and folded when we first see it in the morgue and when Cleric Preston shows it to O'Brien. However, when Preston is sitting at his desk and looking at the photo by himself, closeups of the photo show it as smooth without the signs of wear and tear seen previously. (01:01:25 - 01:03:20)
Continuity mistake: When the search party goes into the boneship, they are wearing full space suits, and hoods under their helmets. When Kane's helmet is first cut off, he has no hood on. (00:36:45)
Revealing mistake: In the first scene of the film, Evan is writing frantically in a journal and his last words that the camera zooms in on are "Save her". Look closely and you can see that those same words are already indented on the page as indicated by a visible letter "s" and "h" and a period that had already been written on the pad of paper. Continuity mistake: When the huge tidal wave hits the bus you see a man standing on top of a taxi, number 7Z22, which gets crushed by the water. Moments afterwards you hear the French woman saying that she left her bag behind. If you look on the right side of Laura you can see a still intact taxi with the number 7Z22 on it. Revealing mistake: When Becky meets Simon in the cube, they hug, then Simon literally stabs Becky in the back. As she falls down to the floor, her black shirt reveals not only some of her chest, but part of a black microphone wire. (01:15:15)
Visible crew/equipment: In Servo's room, Trace Beaulieu's hand is very visible operating Crow. Watch the bottom of frame when Crow approaches the Interocitor and says "Well, let's see what this baby can do." (00:48:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Truman takes his high school sweetheart to the beach, her "father" comes to get her. There is a shot through the father's button cam showing Truman backing away. Look at Truman's shirt and you will see not one but two human shadows. One is the father and the other is the "button" cameraman. (00:25:30)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Derek pulls the large knife out of the alien's foot and gets blood on his face he stands up and almost falls of the cliff. Continuity mistake: When young Magneto is struggling with the guards at the concentration camp, the father's star switches from one side of his chest to the other. (00:01:46)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the police car is chasing Ben Affleck and Uma Thurman on a bike down in a tunnel, in one shot, the police car's flashing light on top is ripped off by the low ceiling. In the very next shot, the lights are still on the top. The next shot shows the lights are gone. (01:13:50)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Dr. Ross Jennings is trapped in the corner of the cellar, you can see that the tarantula which starts climbing up his leg has a huge black stick stuck to the back of its body, pushing it along. (01:36:05)
Revealing mistake: When Supergirl flies through the window to fight the invisible monster, half of the screen shows her jumping in a school uniform and the other half exiting with the Supergirl outfit. Watch closely and you'll notice that her halves don't match, giving the sense that she is missing part of her body.
Visible crew/equipment: When Splinter throws Shredder over the wall, Splinter's puppeteer is visible. (Full screen only).
Factual error: In the beginning, when pi is listed, it reads: "3.141592652631245..." when pi is actually "3.141592653589793...". (00:00:31)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jake wakes up from his link and Grace asks him, "Is the avatar safe?" and he replies, "Yeah Doc, and you are not gonna believe where I am," her hand is on top of his shoulder. But as the camera angle changes back and forth her hand switches to the side of his upper arm and back to the shoulder without time to have made the move. (00:48:55)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, when Drs. Malcom and Harding are looking for the baby T. Rex in San Diego they arrive at the new InGen Jurassic Park. The car brakes hard, skids a little pulling a trailing cable for a portable light. The lamp falls. When they get back into the car with the baby T. Rex, to use it to entice the adult back to the ship, the lamp is standing again. (01:46:52)

Continuity mistake: When Lady Ginette finds the cigar box containing the jewels in the freezer, there's two round gold things on it. The shot later, one of the object is smaller. Ice also appears on the box.
Continuity mistake: During the prison fight scene, Silk Spectre's stiletto boot heels are alternatively flat-soled from shot to shot, for the stunt woman's benefit.
Continuity mistake: When Helen and Jacob walk out from under the bridge, at the very end of the movie, we see footsteps being made in the metal "sand". When the camera pans to a shot from behind, the footsteps made in the sand are gone.
