Audio problem: On the bridge, sounds of a nearby boat can be heard; however, a boat is never actually seen nearby, nor any lights on the water.
Continuity mistake: When Smee gives Hook his nightcap drink, Hook takes it in his hand and holds it at the top of the goblet so that it is hidden under his hand. But in the very next shot he is holding it by the handle and the whole goblet is now visible with a small black umbrella sticking out the top. Additionally, the position of the small umbrella that sits in the goblet changes a few times. (01:02:40)
Continuity mistake: While the four parents are atop Adam's chest of drawers, the red Britannica Junior Encyclopædia behind Adam's Sharkruiser has its spine facing out, and we see it's volume 16. However, when Wayne, Gordon, Diane, and Patty are seated inside the Sharkruiser and begin to take off down the track, the Britannica behind them is now volume 20. (00:30:20 - 00:32:15)
Factual error: Dexter the capuchin is in the African mammal display. Capuchins come from South America.
Factual error: Dora picks up the solid gold statue - by the size it would weigh in excess of 500 lbs. She then lifts it up and places it back on the mantle above her head. A grown man could not do that, let alone a child. (01:31:06)
Continuity mistake: At Riley's Garage, when Troy and Chad are about to rummage through the junk looking for the radiator cap, Troy raises his arms and his boxers are light grey, but next shot when he lifts the truck's hood his boxers are black. It's also noteworthy to mention that during "Boys Are Back," young Troy is wearing patterned boxers, though all other clothing is identical. (00:53:45)
Other mistake: At the end of the show when the misfit toys are being delivered, the elf in Santa's sleigh gives an umbrella to each of the misfits so they can glide down with the exception of the bird, who jumps off, apparently forgetting that he is a misfit toy and can't fly; as he stated earlier in the show, he can only swim.
Continuity mistake: Tom and Huck have just swore they won't tell about the murder. Tom writes an oath, and Tom and Huck slit their fingers to sign it in blood. Tom, slits the index finger on his right hand. He signs the oath, however, with his index finger on his LEFT hand.
Continuity mistake: When Sonic and Tails are fighting Metal Robotnik, he shoots glue at Tails' tail. Tails says he can't fly to help Sonic, but when he gets the piece of concrete to surf across the water, you can see that his tails are not glued together.
Continuity mistake: In the early-morning scene at Mr. Brownlow's house, Oliver is shown sleeping in his bed. He awakens and his hair is in complete disarray as he walks towards the open balcony doors. Standing on the balcony and gazing outside, however, his hair is combed neatly.
Factual error: It is stated that Miss Trunchbull competed in the Olympics in shot put, javelin, and hammer throw. According to her jersey those were the 1972 Olympics. The hammer throw wasn't added as an Olympic event for women until 2000.
Other mistake: When the nanny comes home with the tags, they call Jewel to get hers first. Jewel has a penis.
Plot hole: When Charlotte kissed Naveen at the end, she should've turned into a frog as well because she was no longer a princess.
Suggested correction: When ordinary people kiss a frog, they don't transform into anything. (Perhaps they die from infection after a few days.) Charlotte was just an ordinary person. Tiana was chosen. She wished upon the star. Naveen and the consequences of kissing Naveen were a result of Tiana's wish.
Suggested correction: How? She was no longer a princess.
Tiana turned into a frog because she kissed Naveen without being a princess, so Charlotte should have, too.
Tiana broke the talisman that the voodoo man had, thus breaking any more frog-turning spell. I know Mama Odie said that Naveen and Tiana broke the spell when they got married, but Dr. Facilier was still responsible for the spell in the first place, and he died, so there's that.
Continuity mistake: A couple of scenes after the baker's wife ripped off most of Rapunzel's hair, it has grown back to full length so that the prince can climb up to the tower on it.
Character mistake: As Team Rocket discovers the cloning machine made by Mewtwo, they start naming the shadows of each Pokemon as they appear on the screen. As the first Pokemon appears on screen, they say "Alakazam" but it is actually an outline of "Scyther" who is a different type of Pokemon.
Suggested correction: As explained in the DVD commentary, Team Rocket don't know everything about Pokemon. They thought it was an Alakazam though.
Other mistake: In the music within the ending credits, the lyrics incorrectly state that Raph is the leader of the group when all Turtle fans past and present know it is Leo.
Factual error: The picture of Eddie and Teddy on the road with dad, supposedly taken in 1906, shows a Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey circus poster. In 1906, the Ringling Brothers circus and the Barnum & Bailey circus were two separate circuses playing in different parts of the country. They did not combine the two shows until 1919. (00:27:00)
Continuity mistake: In the pool scene where Mrs. Doubtfire picks up and throws a lime at the back of Stu's head, when Stu walks away and the camera goes back to Mrs. Doubtfire at the bar, the lime that she threw is still on the top of the stack of fruit. (01:16:40)
Visible crew/equipment: As Sam and Rhonda have Fiona's car confiscated, when Fiona runs out shouting, "I can pay for those parking tickets!" the crew's black mat is laid out on the walkway, but in the overhead shot when she tries to run away that mat is gone. (Visible on fullscreen DVD.) (01:28:10)
Continuity mistake: While Annie and Stacks are in the Stacks Mobile helicopter, Annie's seatbelt shoulder strap repeatedly changes from being over her shoulder properly to being under her arm. (01:03:00)
