Other mistake: After Guy gets hurt in the warriors/ducks game, the scoreboard is shown. It says that there is 15 seconds left in the third period, when it is really the second period.
Other mistake: When Holly and Daniel are at Yankee Stadium, the seat numbers in the rows behind them are not consistent from row to row.
Other mistake: When Costigan drags a handcuffed Sullivan into the elevator, Costigan slams Sullivan against the wall and his left arm is visible and not in handcuffs. (02:13:05)
Other mistake: In the library scene, the guards are harassing the inmate by throwing books on the floor to make him pick them up.One of the guards drops a book on the floor to tell the inmate that he missed one but when he comes back to pick it up he actually picks up 3 books. (00:48:50)
Other mistake: When the Earp Brothers first arrive at Tombstone Fred White is telling them about the Cowboys and says "there's three of them now," the camera then shows four people wearing the red sash of the Cowboys.
Other mistake: When Chris sees Mrs. Doubtfire in the bathroom she is standing up and peeing, in costume. All the scenes where Daniel is putting the costume on shows that the fat suit is a body suit, in one piece, and there's no opening in the front. So he shouldn't have been able to pee without taking off the whole suit.
Suggested correction: Perhaps it can be assumed that he made the necessary alteration (cutting a slit in the bodysuit) before he started to wear it.
Other mistake: Speaking to General Hershberg (Michael Moriarty) in his office, Nat Serling (Denzel Washington) implies that it was easily discoverable that the US tank was destroyed by "friendly fire" because the US is the only country which uses "uranium depleted" shells. The correct term is "depleted uranium". Maybe Washington flubbed his lines.
Other mistake: Several close-ups of the business cards of Patrick Bateman and his associates reveal a misspelling of the word "Acquisitions" (the "c" is missing - not a small error, given that this is the name of their department).
Other mistake: When Seagal is in the factory in Jamaica, a "Jamaican" bad guy jumps up from behind a barrel, you can see that he is in fact white - you can see the make-up line on his neck, and his wig is crooked.
Other mistake: In the scene were Patrick breaks the car window, when he walks to his seat you can see a point of red light (like a laser) on his back. (00:40:45)
Other mistake: In the aerial shots of the semis being driven in the mall parking lot, the zombies are milling about. Notice they have left a path just clear enough for the truck. (01:02:40)
Other mistake: In the intense outdoor battle scene at the end, when Bruce kicks a guy in the face three times in a row, one of the extras in the background cracks up laughing.
Other mistake: In the scene where they're loading Tom Cruise's first victim into the trunk, as Max lifts at the arms you can see the "dead" guy holding onto Max's forearms. (00:20:55)
Other mistake: When Pulitzer is reading the headline "Trolley Strike Drags on for Third Week" out loud he uses the magnifying glass to read, but reads faster than he is dragging it.
Other mistake: When Jennifer and Gary are scratching the messages to each other on the painted glass, the glass is painted black on both sides so they wouldn't be able to see each others scratchings as the paint on their side would cover the marks the other was making.
Other mistake: When Marilla shows Anne to her room, Anne's hat brushes Marilla's face. As Marilla turns you can plainly see that she is having a hard time trying not to burst out laughing.
Other mistake: When young Vito Corleone shoots Fanucci in the chest at the doorway to his apartment, in a continuous shot, a wound/blood bursts from Fanucci's white vest. When Fanucci proceeds to tear his vest open seemingly in disbelief he has been shot, there is no entry-wound, blood or hole in his white shirt directly under where the wound appeared in his vest.
Other mistake: Marlowe fires several shots at Art Huck and Lash Canino but if you look at the chamber when he takes the gun out from under the dashboard, there are no bullets in it. (01:41:45)
Other mistake: When Kimble takes the elevator to the conference to confront Dr. Nichols, he presses a button, but the one beside it is the one that actually lights up. In this particular elevator, the button he pressed is the one that should have lit up.
Other mistake: The case of money is in the complete opposite physical orientation when Moss retrieves it from the air duct in room 38. When Llewelyn Moss hides the money in the air duct from room 138, he pushes it to the end of the ductwork with the closet rod and then pushes it to the left with the top of the case and handle going in first and the bottom slightly sticking out. So the top of the case (with the handle) appears to be pointing left in looking at it from 138. When he pulls off the grill in room 38 the next day we can see the top and handle protruding on the right side of the air duct (handle facing left, as he peers into the ductwork). Since we know from the motel room map, that room 38 is directly behind 138, with common rear wall, the top of the case and handle should be facing the right, (from a visual perspective), as you look into the ductwork from room 38 - and it is not.
