Continuity mistake: When Joey is struggling to keep his forearm up, there is a shot of him drawing a card from his deck. In the shot, the screen displaying his life point count can be seen on his duel disk, but in the next shot, the life point count has disappeared from the screen. (00:12:53)

Continuity mistake: Just before Mai summons the second Cyber Harpie, when she draws the card from her deck, she lowers her left arm. When the shot cuts, her left forearm is raised. (00:14:10)

Continuity mistake: After Mai's life points go down to 3600, she tells Joey, "You're going to have to do better than that," and points her right hand towards him. When she does this, her fingers are pointed forward towards Joey, but in the next shot, her fingers are pointed upwards. (00:17:05)

Continuity mistake: When the attack points of Valon's Burning Knuckle go from 900 up to 1,100, the fingers in his right hand are outstretched. Then it cuts to a shot from Valon's POV, where his right hand is suddenly clenched into a fist. (00:11:55)

Continuity mistake: When Mai activates her duel disk so that she can duel Joey, the duel disk is pointed downwards. It then cuts to a wide shot where the duel disk is pointed upwards. (00:11:15)

Continuity mistake: When Joey summons Alligator Sword, in the shot of him placing the card on the duel disk, he has two fingers positioned around the middle of the card. In the next shot, the two fingers are around the edge of the card. (00:09:56)

Revealing mistake: When Valon shows the men all of the Orichalcos cards that have people's souls trapped in them, there is a wide shot where he is shown throwing the cards to the ground in order to show them. In the shot, all of the cards are missing the illustrations. (00:18:08)

Continuity mistake: During the motorbike chase, Valon turns in a different direction. This causes Joey to drive into the path of a truck where there are two bins next to it. The two bins are next to the truck in the shot of Joey driving towards them, but when the shot cuts to show Joey swerving to avoid the truck, the bins are nowhere in sight. Then, after that, he crashes into the bins. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Joey crashes into the bins while on the motorbike, there are two bins. But in the next shot of Joey, when he starts driving back towards Valon, there are three bins behind him. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: Joey crashes into a food truck, causing his helmet to get covered in ketchup. But seconds later, the ketchup on his helmet has disappeared. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi and Kaiba regroup with Mokuba, Rebecca, and Devlin, the side of the caravan is painted light grey. But a few seconds later, when Tea runs up to them, the bottom half of the caravan is painted dark grey, while the top half and the door remain light grey. It goes back to entirely light grey when the shot cuts. (00:05:45)

Flight of Fear: Part 2 - S4-E23
Continuity mistake: When the main characters are standing next to the crashed plane, in the shot of Tea saying "That's one of Kaiba's planes," her arms are at her side. The shot then cuts to an angle in front of them, and Tea's right hand is suddenly raised. (00:19:30)
