Continuity mistake: When Joey realises everyone Dartz caught is now inside the monster, Kaiba says, "Yeah, well, I'm not about to let him do that to me without a fight." At this moment, Kaiba is wearing a necklace that uses a card as the pendant. On both sides of the pendant, the coat he is wearing is opened enough for the pendant to be fully in view. Continuity mistake: When the leviathan starts roaring at Yugi, Joey and Kaiba, Joey raises his left forearm over the front side of his face and his right forearm is raised so it is level with his chest. Continuity mistake: When Kaiba wakes up Mokuba, he is sitting upright. Then, when Mokuba wakes up in the next shot, Kaiba is leaning to the left. When the shot cuts again, he is back to sitting upright. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Roland tells Kaiba that there's more bad news, the shot pans from Kaiba and Mokuba over to Roland, who is standing in the helicopter doorway. In this shot, he is standing in the middle of the doorway. But in a closer shot of Roland, he has moved to the corner of the doorway. (00:11:22)
