Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As the FBI agent shows his ID to Dixon, it is in his right hand, the badge end up. He holds a folder in his left hand. The camera cuts away for just a moment, then returns to show the ID in his left hand, badge to the right, and the folder is in his right hand, all without enough time to make the switches. Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: As Cameron is questioned about the girl that commited suicide, the interviewer holds a photo of one of the mostly-black posters. When we see his view of the photo, the white letters spell 'DAN', but before and after that shot, when we see his face, we can see through the photo, and it only reads 'A', which is a different poster seen earlier in the same episode. Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As Cromartie is approaching the Dyson home, he carries an automatic rifle with his right arm. As he makes a turn toward the left, he lowers the rifle down to his side, pointing it at the ground. He hears a car start and an instant camera angle change shows the rifle is still pointed forward and upward, not down, with no time for the change. (00:32:55)

Samson & Delilah - S2-E1

Plot hole: When John inserts Cameron's CPU, she restarts nearly instantly. She recognizes John right away and speaks to him by name. Yet seconds later, we see through her eyes as her system reports recognizing him, but she already does.

Continuity mistake: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - When the Jeep Cherokee flips, it lands on the driver-side/rear corner of its roof, completely collapsing that corner of the roof. The camera angle changes and instantly the Jeep is landing on both of its driver-side tires, roof intact, and rolls onto its left side. The angle changes again, and the collapsed roof is back as the Jeep slides a bit more before the shot changes again, and the undamaged roof is shown as the Jeep rolls onto its roof and comes to a stop. The camera pans around the rear of the wreck, and there is no roof collapse at either rear corner.

Deliberate mistake: On several occasions throughout both series/seasons, whenever a Terminator fires a weapon, they blink. This should not happen because that would be a human reaction - Terminators aren't human. They're made to look and act human, but SkyNet don't focus on the little things; such as emotions, breathing and reflexes. The three most notable instances of this are in Season 1, Episode 5: "Queen's Gambit", Season 2, Episode 21: "Adam Raised a Cain" and Season 2, Episode 22: "Born to Run". In "Queen's Gambit", Cameron blinks as she fires a machine gun at the T-888 in the back of the black van as he runs towards her, in "Adam Raised a Cain" the water delivery Terminator blinks as he shoots Savannah Weaver's nanny Debbie and as he shoots the security guard and Catherine Weaver in "Born To Run".

Continuity mistake: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - As Derek sits at the table, Sarah is digging jelly from a jar with a knife, moving it onto toast that sits on a plate on the table. The shot instantly reverses and the jar is on the table and she's spreading the jelly with the knife on the toast she now holds in her hand.

Continuity mistake: Ep. "Samson and Delilah" - When Elison is sitting at the rear doorway of the ambulance, in close-up his hands are away from his face, out of shot. But the instant the shot changes to show him from further away, his right hand is covering his mouth.

Goodbye To All That - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When John and Pyle are at the shooting range, John's protective glasses are up on his head when he fixes Pyle's gun, down on his face when he fires the gun, back up on his head after firing and then back down on his face when he gives the gun back to Pyle. They're then back on his head before taking them off before the scene ends. (00:13:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Derek speaks with General Hobbs and meets John outside, the reflection of a crew member can be seen in the car's front grill. (00:19:15)

THGhost

Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: Look at Summer Glau's face when she jumps off the Jeep onto the black van and punches the windshield to throw the driver out - it isn't Summer Glau. It's her stunt double, Sonja Munsterman. It isn't even Lena Headey driving the Jeep or Thomas Dekker sitting in the back.

THGhost

Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: When the T-888 throws Cameron out of the back of the black van, it isn't Summer Glau. It's Sonja Munsterman, her stunt double. Her breasts are a lot bigger than Summer Glau's and if you watch the shot frame-by-frame you can see Sonja's face.

THGhost

What He Beheld (2) - S1-E9

Visible crew/equipment: After Cromartie lets Agent Ellison go after killing all the SWAT officers, there is an overhead shot of the swimming pool. Next to the SWAT officer closest to/behind Cromartie, a hand emerges from the pool. The shot immediately then cuts to a close up of Cromartie.

THGhost

Vick's Chip (1) - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: When Sarah, John, Cameron and Derek go looking for Barbara Chamberlain's body, they stumble upon Jessica Peck's body instead. Derek reads her ID and says, "Who the hell's Jessica Peck?" Cameron then says, "A threat to Skynet." As she says this, her hair is partially covering her right eye. But in the next shot it's tucked back behind her ear.

THGhost

Gnothi Seauton - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: When Cameron and the other Terminator fall through the window, the wall that they crash into indents on impact.

THGhost

Briefly visible on its control screen, alongside basic commands, is the word "BladeRunner", a reference to the classic sci-fi film which also features a dystopian future populated by humanoid robots.
