Continuity mistake: When Gibbs stops Sgt. Roberts from killing his neighbor, he holds out his ID badge. His hand jumps from the top of the wallet to the bottom, then back to the top. (00:31:20)
Continuity mistake: When Aaron Wright lights his cigarette in the NCIS elevator, he takes it out of his mouth to blow out a puff of smoke. His arm remains down by his side, but in the next shot his cigarette is instantly up in his mouth. (00:29:10)

Continuity mistake: Agent Todd is standing there coat open, hands in her pockets on Air Force One watching Gibbs walk away when the bad guy who is a reporter (Leonard) comes up to her and comments "Loosening your dress code Kate". Continuity mistake: When Ziva dumps the four bundles of $100.00 bills on the bed, they all land face up. Then the scene changes to Tony taking a picture of them. Back to the bundles, and now only three are face up and one is face down, with no one touching them. (00:10:40)
Continuity mistake: When Gibbs is leaving the message for his father, in one shot there is a white remote control with a yellow button next to the answering machine, and in the next shot there is a tissue box in its place.
Continuity mistake: At the start, when Diane is getting dressed, she puts her dressing gown on and does it up with her right-hand side over her left-hand side of the gown. When the shot changes, her dressing gown is done up left over right. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When Eddie is shown the money, he passes it back to Fornell. This then moves back in front of Eddie in subsequent shots. (00:28:20)
