Continuity mistake: As Peggy is trying to explain herself to Dooly's parents, the parents are sitting vertically from Principal Moss's desk. When we see Moss looking up in the school book, the mother is now, still sitting, almost facing the desk. (00:07:10)

Continuity mistake: When Coach Sauers is trying to run over the football players with his car on the football field, there are a lot of track marks on the field. Continuity mistake: During the scene where Peggy and Hank are enjoying a spa, Hank fills up the champagne glasses with beer. He stops pouring a bit before the top of the glasses and there is very little foam on the top. In the very next shot both their glasses have foam overflowing from it.
De-Kahnstructing Henry - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: When Minh is taking out the garbage she trips over and starts punching the 3 bags she is carrying. You can see the bags are securely tied up at the top of the bags. The scene then goes to Hank and Peggy and you can hear Minh continue her punching on the garbage bags. As the shot goes back to Minh on the ground when Hank goes to see her 2 of the bags are now open and garbage is everywhere. Its unlikely she ripped open the bags herself whilst punching them as Hank ties them up at the top and there are no rips in the bag. They were also securely tightened to begin with. (00:15:25)

Continuity mistake: As Kahn is putting the golf club away after Hank has just used it there is a groove in the locker to support the club. Continuity mistake: As Kahn is ringing the bell in Strickland Propane trying to get some attention the bell is right next to his hands. When Hank comes out there is a wide shot and the bell is now a short distance from Kahn's hand. The counter also changes size as you can see where it ends just to the left of Kahn but in the wide shot the counter runs from wall to wall. (00:02:00)

Revealing mistake: During Rad's haircut from Luanne, there is a shot that shows the both of them in the mirror. You can see both their reflections and the room in the mirror but the objects on the counter in front of Rad have no reflection.

Other mistake: During the storm, after Peggy uses the axe on the McMansion support beam, when it cuts to Luanne running with the tow chain attached to Lucky's pickup truck, note the other end of the chain in midair is missing. The animation is incomplete at the left side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: The scene where Minh and Kahn are sitting together, they look into each other's eyes. When she is not looking right into his eyes, she has no earrings, when she looks into his eyes, she has earrings, then it zooms out and shows her with no earrings. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: When Peggy is returning the blue bowl to Minh she is holding the bowl and is outside the glass sliding door at Khan's house. The shot then shows Minh and goes back to Peggy where she is now standing inside the house and didn't move at all during the shot of Minh.

The next shot they are back by his side and they keep alternating back and forth even though he never moves them between shots. At the end of the scene Connie shuts the window smoothly even though his fingers were still there in the shot before.

Continuity mistake: At Strickland Propane, when Kahn hands Hank his propane tank, it is set down on the counter right beside the bell. However, in the shots facing Kahn, the bell is directly in front of him, but the propane tank is nowhere to be seen. Additionally, during this scene note the difference in the ceiling height in relation to the wall boards and the doorway behind Hank. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: At the doctor, Hank's old teacher Mrs. Macintosh steps out of a door, and Hank is next to her. In the next close-up shot, Hank is suddenly closer to the old lady. Also, the frame around the window of the door gets larger between shots. (00:09:39)

Continuity mistake: Bill tells Hank to not be embarrassed about his constipation, and Hank is holding his beer can where his finger is over the top of the label. Then in the next shot, his finger is suddenly lower with more of the label and logo showing above it. (00:04:08)

Continuity mistake: Bill and Hank are talking outside, and then Dale walks up to ask Hank if he's tried squatting. Hank opens his mouth part of the way in this shot, but then it cuts to a close-up and his mouth is closed. He turns to look at Bill, mouth still closed, then it cuts back to a wide angle and his mouth is open again. (00:04:25)
Answer: If you are talking about the "Thou shalt not do this, thou shalt not do that" song, I'm not sure if a song like that actually exists. Green Day, the guest voices on the episode, might have just been improvising to keep their appearance from being too obvious.
