The Wedding of Bobby Hill - S3-E14
Trivia: During Hanks's conversation with Bobby when he tells him that he will have to marry Luanne, look at the shelf behind Bobby. There is a Bart Simpson doll there. A few years before this was featured the Hill family was in the crowd at one of the pee wee football games in the Simpsons episode "Bart Star".
Trivia: One of the show's creators made a cartoon about a retarded pig. Boomhauer's voice is based on the voice of an angry viewer who called when he was offended by the cartoon.
Suggested correction: The person was actually complaining about "Beavis and Butthead." For some reason, they called the show "Porky's Butthole."
Three Coaches & a Bobby - S3-E12
Trivia: Coach Maxwell's roster sheet lists Johnny Hardwick, voice of Dale Gribble.
Trivia: A few days after the Hulu revival release date and new intro were revealed, Jonathan Joss, the second actor to voice John Redcorn, was murdered by his neighbour in what is believed to be a hate crime. Joss recorded lines for Redcorn for four episodes of the revival, and the tenth episode of the 14th season is dedicated to his memory.
To Sirloin with Love - S13-E20
Trivia: Not until this episode, one of the last episodes of the series, was Boomhauer's occupation revealed - a Texas Ranger.
Trivia: Johnny Hardwick, who voiced Dale Gribble, died almost two years to the day that the show's Hulu revival premiered. As Hardwick passed away before he completed recording all of his lines, the role of Dale was taken over by fellow cast member Toby Huss, whose rendition of Dale sounds strikingly similar to Hardwick's.
Trivia: Originally, Hank was going to be the son of Tom Anderson, the older character from "Beavis and Butt-Head". However, MTV legally owned the character, so Cotton Hill was developed instead.
