The Trouble With Tribbles - S2-E15

Continuity mistake: Uhura's image on the conference viewer is of a close up on her face. When the camera looks at the screen, the image is of her head and upper torso. Likewise, when Fitzpatrick is on, first it's his head and torso, then it's only his head and shoulders.

All Our Yesterdays - S3-E23

Other mistake: As Kirk nears the portal, the edge shimmers just before he gets to it. As he goes through it, his actions are greatly slowed rather than natural.

Audio problem: As Commodore Stocker freezes up on the bridge, before the cut to sick bay, the bridge is shaken by a Romulan blast, but the sound is absent.

Movie Nut

Catspaw - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: In the close up of Sylvia, she is standing between Kirk and Spock, who are very close to her. The long shot of her shows Spock further away from her, to the left.

Balance of Terror - S1-E14

Other mistake: When the nuclear bomb explodes, the ship is tilted 40° to 45° to starboard (right), but Uhura goes over to the port (left) side of the lift.

Movie Nut

Balance of Terror - S1-E14

Other mistake: The red alert light at the entrance to the chapel blinks a few times and stops, even though the rest are still flashing. Also, the last thing Kirk says is "All decks, condition red", which is unnecessary, since the red alert has already begun sounding.

Movie Nut

The Man Trap - S1-E1

Other mistake: As Kirk low crawls behind some boulder and grass, his communicator flips open and closed. If it was opened, the sound of the channel opening should have been heard, but wasn't.

Movie Nut

The Man Trap - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: On the planet, as Kirk and Spock try to get to Professor Crater, Crater fires at and destroys the center support of the arch. As it settles, the parts are clearly hollow.

Movie Nut

The Galileo Seven - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: In the first scene when Spock is piloting the shuttle craft out of the Enterprise and into space, as the bay doors open you can see both the ship's shuttles, the Galileo, and right behind it the Columbus. Yet as soon as the Galileo clears the bay doors, in the immediate reverse shot, the bay is empty and the Columbus has disappeared. (00:01:45)

Tomorrow is Yesterday - S1-E19

Character mistake: When first considering the impact of Captain Christopher's removal from this time, Spock makes a mistake in his dialogue. He says "They show no record of any irrelevent contribution..." when it should be "relevent..." (00:13:50)

PeterNZ

The Ultimate Computer - S2-E24

Continuity mistake: When Sulu is first reporting the M-5 movements, Kirk's hand alternates between being up at his temple and down by his mouth, too quickly to be real.

Movie Nut

Mirror, Mirror - S2-E4

Revealing mistake: In the close up shots of the mirror Sulu, the poor make up job of the scar on his face is very evident.

The Changeling - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: When Kirk and Spock get to Sick Bay, the doors open to reveal Nomad coming out. But the shot of Nomad coming out is a re-used shot of it coming out of the Turbo Lift, not the Sick Bay, as the nameplate said.

Movie Nut

Space Seed - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: At the compression chamber, the pressure meter goes from thirty to ten too quickly to be accurate between shots. After showing ten, the meter jumps back to twenty.

Movie Nut

Court Martial - S1-E20

Revealing mistake: As Kirk fights Finney in the Engine room, in the long shots, Kirk's stunt double is easy to pick out from the close shots.

Tomorrow is Yesterday - S1-E19

Revealing mistake: As the camera looks at the pilot in the cockpit, there are supports on either side of and behind him as well as no clouds where there should be, showing he is on a sound stage set.

Tomorrow is Yesterday - S1-E19

Visible crew/equipment: As Spock gives his report, the shadow of the boom mike is over his right shoulder.

The Squire of Gothos - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: After DeSalle tries, and fails, to call the ship, he shakes his communicator, and the grille closes, but is opened again in the wide shot.
