Status Quo - S14-E11

Plot hole: Jeannie is debating if her son needs an MRI or a CAT scan, She didn't want the CAT scan because of the iodine, they decided to give him the CAT scan and he immediately goes into the machine. He never got the Iodine and it would take about 10 minutes after the iodine before The Test starts.

Boobra

Owner of a Broken Heart - S14-E14

Continuity mistake: When Morris is on the bed following his shock there are three point of view (POV) shots. Morris on the bed, Morris's POV of the medical staff hovering over him and a shot from behind the staff looking down on Morris. The placement of characters is misaligned between views, most notably when the shot is from behind the staff looking down: there is a sizable gap between the two on the left and right, where as from Morris's POV they are clustered close together with no gaps between the staff members.

Life After Death - S15-E1

Other mistake: When Neela puts back on her scrubs after sleeping with Simon, she has no scar on the front of her body. Yet she was opened up in the OR after she was trampled at the rally.

What We Do - S15-E18

Revealing mistake: Sam's mother is standing at an open window, smoking a cigarette. The outside of the window is covered with some sort of frosted glass or ice or something (making it pointless to have it open anyway). Two shots later, we see her close the window from a different angle. This time, the window is clear and you can see the brick building next door. (00:19:36)

Robert Romano: The operation was a screaming success if your desired outcome was paralysis.
